This used to be a pretty decent neighborhood McDonald's but for the past few months it's been horrible. The most frequent issue... has been a lack of drive-thru service. I've waited several minutes with no one else in line and no one will greet you or attemptto take your order. There was even one instance when they ran out of most food items on a Tuesday. Or the time they had to closeearly due to a staffing shortage. It's just been a sad experience. Management changed this year and the result has been acomplete breakdown in the flow of this location. Hopefully someone who matters will read this and make some changes. Read more

It's a shame I have to leave a 1 star review but I'm really hoping management sees this. Day shift I've never had an issue but... anytime I've stopped at this location after hours it's always been beyond disappointing. They will outright ignore you, mess upyour order and even pretend they're out of most things on the menu out of sheer laziness. It's sad because I have to drive theextra distance to the location off 95 instead of dealing with the nonsense at this location. Management needs to do somethingabout their night shift. We were at this McDonald?s and we ordered 2 happy meals, we were a couple dollars short and a employee named Patrick was so kind... and paid for out meal! Then another cashier was making us laugh and was so sweet! :) credit to you guys?? Read more

The worst McDonalds!!! They take forever to answer the drive thru and they are always out of something. I typically go for a... quick late night snack and they are out of everything and they only accept or they are "closed" because the system is down. Well I went and tried the for an early morning breakfast and of Of course they were out of food, cups, receipt paper, andemployees. Only one girl was working her name is Haley and she did really good with what she had to work with but it isunacceptable to run a business like this!! I will never go back. Read more

I just I just left there a few minutes ago, and me and my friend were never waited on. Here is what happened: -We go into the... second drive through because we see cards going through and being helped. We go up, and we wait to be helped. One car in thenext lane gets helped and we wait. Another car in the other lane gets helped and we wait. And this happens a third/fourth time.So we decided to pull around and order inside -we go inside and we see a crowd waiting for food/to be helped. We also waited fora while before leaving. Before we left, we were able to see everyone in the back horse playing, joking, and standing around. I'mnot sure what the hairnet policy is, but no one had one on. If anything, they had their red hats with their hair down. And therewas someone with a grey hoodie on, and the only thing I see him do is grab a cup (I didn't pay attention with what he did withit) and he looked a little lost. Terrible Quality, Terrible Service, Terrible Food. I ordered a Big Mac & Large French Fries. The Big Mac wasn't prepared... properly and the Fries were a small fry in a Large box. They have no store manager or district manager according to the man whoanswered the phone. I called corporate and the supervisor was belligerent. McDonalds just lost a customer forever, one thatremembers when the store signs changed to over 10,000 served. McDonalds should close down their stores and sell to acompetitor!!!! UPDATE 10/30/2021 We tried again after a 10 month break from eating here and nothing has changed. Doesn'tMcDonald's Corporate care? Paid for large smoothie, got medium in a large cup. Paid for large fries, got small fry in large box.Asked for NO PICKLES on the sandwiches, they had pickles on them. The fries and nuggets were cold. Thank you so much to the employee on the drive thru. The drinks had liquid all over the sides and he caught it and handed us a... handle full of napkins because he noticed we were in a car that was for sale. He offered to wipe them off for us and everythingbut it wasn?t a big deal. The food was hot and fresh. And his attitude made our day thanks again. Read more

Walked in, was asked to use the kiosk to order my food. Went to look at the menu in the kiosk and seen how filthy it was.... Disgusting. Then politely advised the the crew member that I?d rather not and she gave me a dirty look. I then proceeded tosimply ask, why give me that look when all I stated was that I?d just rather not. She (the young African American girl) thencomplained and said just tell her what I?d like to order. I failed to get her name or the receipt but this transaction occurredon 3:45pm Wednesday July 21st, 2021. One McDouble and small fry.
