HAIR IN THE FOOD. SERIOUSLY?! This McDonald?s is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever visited. The food is always supposed to be a... bit unhealthy and a bit of a guilty pleasure but this McDonald?s literally makes me question the quality of the wholechain. Service 1/10. Rude and complaining staff taking order complaining about which item I picked or didn?t. Food 2/10. Asexpected when it came to the biscuit but the chicken, hashbrown and bacon were so bad? so so bad. Watched as staff refused to serve customers at the counter. There was one guy who just wanted to order a simple meal, and didn't... know how to use the kiosks. He went to the counter to wait for a server, just to be greeted by what I assumed was a managerannouncing loudly from the kitchen area "you need to use the kiosk sir!". The guy asked if he could just quickly order at thecounter. "No. Use the kiosk". The guy struggled to work out how to use the kiosk and couple of minutes later went back to thecounter when he saw a server at a counter. He asked the server if he could order from her. She said no problems and started totake his order. Then the manager announced from kitchen area "You're not going to take his order, he is going to go use thekiosk" The guy said that he didn't know how to use the kiosk and asked why he could be served by at the counter. The managerdidn't provide reason for the refusal, and proceeded to tell his staff member to go show the guy how to use the kiosk which wasquite belittling. The original transaction would have taken 30-40 seconds and resulted in a simple user friendly interaction and happy customer. The guy eventually asked "where is good old fashioned customer service?" as he walked out without ordering.The manager's reluctance to allow counter service even when his staff had capacity just made him look like a complete arse. It?s very disappointing that this app makes you give a minimal of 1 star, this location is not worthy of it. After ten minutes... of delay with the order app and NO assistance, we finally had an employee approach a register to take Our order. A customer toldan employee that all the high chairs were dirty and politely asked if someone could clean one. The employee told her, and Iquote ?I ain?t cleaning no dang high chair, y?all?s kids get em dirty! I was appalled. We finally got our meals,the middle bunof my husbands Big Mac hard as a rock. Ordered two - two cheeseburger meals and asked for NO onions and you could tell they clearly scraped them off & since there were... a few left behind. What if someone was allergic to something you asked them to take off? Super inconsiderate & LAZY. The frieswere also cold and soggy and the Dr Pepper taste like syrup.. the gentleman and younger lady working were also pretty rude.Barely said two words to us. This McDonald?s was so absolutely disgusting on a Friday. I watched two different employees step OVER the trash on the floor... which was chicken nuggets and several sauces thrown on Floor the bathroom was horrendous. I refused to get food here because ofthe disgusting ???? environment. It didn?t deserve a star but had to give it one to post. Read more
