Recently purchased edge pizzia, boneless chicken, and chicken Alfredo. Didn't receive my boneless chicken, called store,... manager first accused me of lying, then offered to credit me or have them redelivered. I agreed to have them delivered at hispreference, ......I am still waiting. No apology, no food. But enjoyed taking myoney and tip. I wish we could rate for different services. Andy deserves a 5 star because he is a amazing delivery driver, very professional,... very sweet. This is normally my go to spot for pizza but this time around I'm extremely disappointed more then the last time andsame issue with the fries. Just had my ordered delivered and bought fries on the side for my boys along with everything else. Weopened it up there was no ketchup on the side and barely any fries. This is the second time that we barely had any fries and forthat price I could've went to McDonald's and bought them a large fries for the money worth. I also received my cheesy bread andno marinara. Customer service was great in store. Also waited in my car and pizza was done sooner than 15 mins and I was pleasantly surprised... that an employee kindly brought it out to me. Honestly thou the quality of ingredients and pizza has gone down but I believe itto be the company and not the employees. Read more
For a pizza hut, this place felt a bit shady at night. Honestly you guys earned the 4 stars because the pizzas were made well... and hot. They were also tasty. That being said you guys missed a five star review because of a few short comings. First, thefrench fries were ordered came with no ketchup. The cheesy bread we ordered did not come with marinara sauce, nor did the pizzawith bacon have remotely any bacon on it. Maybe 3 pieces of bacon bit sized pieces of fat. If you live anywhere near here, don't order from this store. I live 5 minutes away on a major road and I got my pizza 30+... minutes after the text that it was out for delivery and a confrontative delivery guy as a special bonus. This is the 4th timethis has happened, even after I upped my tip and asked nicely for it to be delivered hot. Not just that, but they also messed upmy toppings. Do not recommend. Read more
Ordered two pizzas from this store and everything went smoothly. The service was great, food was hot and tasty. All thumbs up!
