If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not only did it take 25 minutes just to get an order of mozzarella sticks and tator tots ... but they also over cooked the mozzarella sticks until they were rock hard and completely empty with no cheese inside. Like what is this, yall just dont care and when my husband inquires about this... horrible experience they make him seem like hes crazy, the manager has a bad attitude, with no customer service at all. I usually like Sonic. This time the service was slow. The food quality was disappointing. Their Fritos chili cheese burrito... was dry and mainy tasted like dry burrito shell. There was not much chili or cheese inside. The chili that was there was oldand dry. Much different from previous visits. Read more

This Sonic is the bomb because of their customer service by Destiny&Abby. Last night they made sure our drinks were perfect and... even made us fresh fries. This spot always delivers. We stopped in the drive thru on a Friday evening around 6:30. There was no one in line and we were greeted quickly. We had our... food in less than 5 minutes and we're on our way home. This is my bacon cheeseburger. I had to hunt for the bacon and finallyfound it under the patty after my husband find it on his. Although it doesn't look like much it was pretty tasty. I also got thepretzel twist with cheese and the pretzel was warm and had plenty of salt. Cheese cup was meh. Culver's offers a better cheeseto go with their pretzel bites so if you are craving pretzels with cheese I'd recommend them over sonic. Overall a decent quickmeal but pricey at $14+ for 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a pretzel twist. Read more
Bf and I went a few days ago to get our usual desserts. My hot fudge shake was fine. Bf has been getting that new Oreo blast ice... cream in the Oreo waffle cone since he saw it on a commercial. They've never given him a problem with it, until our last timethere. We place our order, my bf specified that he wants the cone too, and the girl tells us ok, gives us the total, and to pullaround. We finally get to the window and she repeats our order, but calls them both shakes. My bf repeated that he wanted his ina cone. She replies that his doesn't come in a cone. After some back and forth, he's upset and tells her to take his off andjust get my shake. He's been getting it in a cone every Friday for the last month plus, and now all of a sudden it doesn't comein one. Read more
So very disappointed at Sonic. I was brought a chicken sandwich that is literary raw, that was very disgusting.
