If you want to be treated like you are an inconvenience then definitely come here. Don't think I have ever seen workers... deliberately make a sandwich in slow motion, but somehow they have perfected it here. Horrible experience, rude and lazyemployees. Go to a different location, or even better, go to the Publix in the same plaza and get a sub there. The employees aremuch nicer and actually smile when they greet you there. Read more

I can't remember there name but there was a guy working the other night, too charismatic. A fantastic experience honestly. I got... free cookies for doin the survey thing so that was cool. It's subway, eat fresh. Not much to say lol Read more

Says online and on their front door that they?re open until 11pm. Showed up 9:45pm and they already had everything cleaned up... and closed and door was locked. Waste of my time. Read more

So i just came here to get lunch while driving home and the young lady was very nice and did everything that i asked. Then Tyler... who I'm guessing is a manager walks in and says that she's not allowed to toast the wrap and doesn't even pay attention to me orwhat I want. So he transfers it to a new wrap even tho I specifically said it's fine and to leave it. I even offered to wrap itmyself since he didn't know what he was doing and he just ignored me. He literally dropped half the toppings on the counter thenpicked them up and put them back on the sandwich which is nasty and proceeded to wrap the sandwich. This guy needs fired. Read more

So in the past when I've ordered online or saw the staff it was always a chill experience. Unfortunately, now I never plan to... waste my money here because of my experience. I put in an order online in which it told me there was an issue, but it still alsoproceeded to take my money all in the same notice. I called the store location twice and no one bothered to answer. I drove tothe location and saw the manager who proceeded to just smoke in front of the store entrance and when I spoke to the employeebehind the counter I explained that my money was taken from my account and that I placed an order for pickup. The girl informedme that the didn't get any online order and to confirm if my funds were indeed taken from my account. I showed her my onlinereceipt and so because they didn't receive my order I didn't get my sandwiches nor did I get my refund as I was told I needed todo that online. When I asked the girl over the counter how to do so, she had no idea and so I said thank you and left. I wentonline and filed my complaint only for Sherry Kakas to tell me I put the order in at a different location and needed to reachout to that location instead. I had to tell her that I sent my order and refund request to the right location and showed thestore number on my receipt for a second time. It's less than $50 and yet, I've never been so annoyed at trying to obtain arefund for something so simple. Read more
