I?ve been a frequent customer at the royal palm carvel, and happened to stop by this north lake location last Friday night on... way home from the wrapping paper store. I just wanted to say how truly amazing the staff are at this place. Everyone was sonice, but this young lady Jelikka had exceptional customer service. She was kind, welcoming, and treated me and my grandchildrenwith respect. Me and my grandkids will be back every Friday night for our ice cream parties!!!! Read more
I won?t go to the Palm Beach Gardens location again. On TWO separate occasions I ordered a quart of Soft Serve to bring home. On... both occasions the quart container was NOT Filled to the top, rather it was filed 80% to 90%. I weighed it when I returned homeand on both occasions it weighed 24oz & 25oz. I wouldn?t mind if they shortchanged me 10 or 15% but they charge $12.99 a quart. Read more
Absolutely the greatest Carvel ever! The store is spotless and the employees were helpful, welcoming, and passionate about the... brand. Our kids said; ?This was the greatest ice cream ever?. This is real ice cream. The way ice cream should be. Highlyrecommended. Read more
"0" stars. I left product at the register due to poor customer service from Bernadette. By phone, her husband told me that they... would be closed in 5 minutes. Apparently, neither one wanted to work until the hours listed on the front window. I had to movefurniture myself in order to access the freezer case. Bernadette scolded me for moving it myself and for not asking her first.There was a fight across the street at a gas station. Bernadette stated that Carvel would start closing this location earlier,yet she is not the owner. Me and my business are gone. Thank you, Bernadette, for saving me money and calories tonight. Order online for convenience for upcoming party. Cake look amazing until it was taken out of the box. Why is Fudgie the Whale... outside green? Never have I had a previous cake with this issue. Attempt to report through their website and was told that itwas "green whip cream." You tell me if that's green whip cream. You lost a customer. Read more
Both our ???? ice creams were ok. Not great or exciting as expected. Vanilla and chocolate no sugar added had no flavor.... Strawberry no sugar added was decent, but wouldn't order again. Spouse had chocolate explosion or maybe called choc Volcano. HeLOVES chocolate, but not this chocolate ???? ice cream. Service was good, price was not too bad. Read more
