What a shame. You would think a huge chain like this should have it down. Service was a joke, couldn't even call it service from... the bartender serving us in an actual sit down booth. Longer wait times were unnecessary as it wasn't busy. Hoped the food wouldbe good as thats the main reason why you come out to eat, it was actually gross. You could tell it wasn't cooked fresh or toorder, sloppy presentation as well. Read more
Great place, but mind you, there are no prices on the drink menu????. Different than the Chili's in Norfolk, Virginia where they... had $4 drink at happy hour. Anyways, great service here. Read more

This is a friendly place with a great staff! If you remember the show Cheers? Where everybody knows your name. The burgers are... fresh with real French fries hot and fresh.
