We visited at lunch yesterday, it didn?t seem like they were ready for lunch. One person was making the burritos on the line,... and then they just disappeared. Then another disappeared. There wasn?t even a line and it took us more than 5 minutes to getsomeone to actually work to make our food. We both had bowls and they actually did taste good. But the tables weren?t cleanedoff, and the drink station was a mess. The teas and lemonade machine was continuously leaking tea over the whole station, therewas trash under the station. I've ordered from this location many times more than I should have. Half the time, it's pretty decent flavor, portions, and the... rest. The other half, my order is always messed up significantly and they skimp on many parts (veggies and meat are generallyway less than they should). This location is in a fairly well-off area, so they're not hurting for business and cant evenjustify the garbage they try to saddle customers with on that front. Here's a picture of my "salad" with extra veggies...NO lettus on my salad but they included the dressing so they knew it should... have been a salad. No peppers and onion even though I asked for extra. The rice was under cooked and crunchy. Gross. Also therewas NO one else in the store when we picked up the order so what were the employees doing? Things have been going from Good to Bad to Horrible. Order accuracy has been very poor past few orders and not just a one time... thing. The grill is turned off last night at 9PM when the closing time is 10PM. Wondering why they would close at 9PM instead.I had to turn back because Fajitas and Beans were out and ordered for Lunch today. Guess what the grill might have been stilloff as the Fajitas were missing in both the bowls. Online orders at this place is a big joke. So after a 12 hour day of work i think I have just enough time to get some food from chipotle? but nope even though the sign... says they are open till 10pm daily turns out that doesn?t mean anything anymore. Mostly responsive staff that got through a busy lunchtime line quickly. Unfortunately, the dining area and drink service area... was terribly dirty and unkempt. Worse, the plasticware was all out and the relatively quick but uncaring staff was not warningfolks who were getting bowls that they may prefer a handheld option instead. I get in this economy the luxury in keeping workingstaff, however, so at least the service is relatively quick. Make sure you are up to date on your shots and keep your campinggear handy if eating here. Read more

I used to eat at this location at a weekly basis until I moved to Miami in 2017. Moving back this past year, the only thing that... hasn't changed is the location. There is workers walking by me outside and in front of the door, and they don't mention it'sonline orders only, they act like I'm not even there, I actually thought they were closed at 7:00pm. The food does not tastelike any location I have ever eaten at in the past 12 years. The chips tasted like unseasoned Doritos, the Guacamole tasted likefrozen Avocado puree and lime juice, the chicken was dry and bland, the Queso was cold, unseasoned, gelled cheese dip. I thinkthe worst offense was the Cilantro-lime Rice. It was cold, not seasoned enough, and it wasn't cooked right. The rice had toomuch water, it was like someone tried to make Mexican Risotto balls, but with no butter and no cheese. Pickup is fast. They have an order rack to pickup online and 3rd party delivery orders. Lines at lunch can be long. Always... friendly and courteous. Love picking up orders at Chipotle! Read more
