Left feeling alil embarrassed and awkward. I was the only customer there start to finish. I say that bc if they were busy maybe... Id be like ok I get it. 2 girls working counter. The 1 was ok, the other with the Egyptian eye tat made me feel awkward. She wasvery short and rushed me thru I could sense her annoyance. Wasnt happy with how my bowl turned out either and I didnt speak up(my fault) bc I felt so odd. Guacamole was good but the chips were legit stale. Disappointed. Read more

My family and I was on vacation in July and visited the Sawgrass Mall location in Florida. The food area was nasty with all... types of spilled food . I asked twice for the area to be wiped down before they prepare my food and they did not. The workersaid" We clean down periodically" I walked away. My daughter got a bowl and her bill was almost $20 because the worker did notinform her that it was extra for the stuff she added. All I can see is people getting sick because of bad hygiene, I will NEVEReat from any Chipotle Restaurant. I gave one star because that's the only way to Post. Strongly encourage a different option. A culture of inattention to detail at this location will, in my opinion, continue to... deliver disappointment in customer service. If you are placing an order for pick-up, it is very important that you open yourto-go bag and individually inspect your order. If you have ordered ahead online and there is a digital receipt created toprovide improved accuracy in the preparation of your order, you should not assume that these instructions have beenfollowed. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Chipotle in the area. I've never had one consistently mess up so frequently. I had put... an online order and picked it up, silly me I should've checked it before I left because it was the wrong meat, wrong rice,missing corn salsa and guac.
