Alright so not only have I worked for Chipotle in past when Monty was the CEO. I was a KM I have been to about 5 different... stores in my area they are all kinda Mediocre alot of the staff members have no personality no smile just blah. Nobody has the13 different Characteristics or even comes close idk if that is a thing anymore but it should be Reimplemented in thestandards of Chipotle. Today I came in for a burrito and a bag of chips there was no customers in the resturant and like 3people working a little short girl with a mask made my order no greeting no what can I get for you nothing it was a very weirdexperience. After she got done making the burrito I asked her what no one smiles anymore no response from her. The chickenwasn't ice cold but it wasn't hot either the chips perfectly cooked just Blane no salt no lime juice. The line was trashed thelobby has food and trash everywhere bathrooms were disgusting as always. YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMERS IN THE LOBBY take alittle pridein your job. Read more
giving 5 stars because the cashier at this location (he could?ve also been a shift manager) was so nice to me when I was having... one of the roughest days. All he did was smile and call me ?love?, and in that moment, it melted my grief and sadness. It justgoes to show how one kind word or gesture can really make a difference. I didn?t have cash to tip, and their card readerwouldn?t give the option to do so, so I ran and pulled money from an atm. Tip people in the service industry!! They have some ofthe toughest jobs, and generally don?t get paid even close to livable wages. Read more
Food prep and utensils area wasn?t clean and sanitized. Staff is nice but young and not really self aware. Chips tasted stale,... damp, and a bit hard like they been there a long time. No where close to hot, crispy, or fresh. Read more
This was my first experience with Chipotle. Honestly, after all the hype, it wasn't bad but not that great either. We got two... burritos and one drink and it was over twenty dollars. The staff was super nice and the restaurant was clean. The food was goodbut not great. It bothered me that for the burritos to be priced as they are, all those sauces at the counter should be includedand they are not. I'd be much less annoyed if that were the case. But hey, no judgement to the fans. I'll go find a good tacotruck for myself. Read more

My husband and I just left this Chipotle and it was honestly the best experience we?ve had at a Chipotle. The guy serving us,... Jason was so friendly and genuine.
