if 0 stars was possible that would have been by choice. awful management and staff. Arrived at 9:35pm and their hours are open... until 10pm. they closed ?early? because of staff (there was about 10 staff members inside)) & they were still making all onlineorders. refused to let me place my order. They told me to place it online as a pick up and when I pulled into a parking spot toplace my pick up order they closed online and I couldn?t place it. absolutely ridiculous & unacceptable. poor management. Worst experience ever.... they have a drive through, but don't take orders, only for Online Order Pick up. I try to get inside... the building, Lobby was closed due to under staff. The manager from the drive through told me to call in the order, when I dialthe number, It's all automated....no option to speak with a live person, seriously ridiculous. Meh is the best way I can describe this location. I came here and there was no steak. Chicken was over cooked. Portions were... small. Plus side was the staff was fast and it was easy to order. Probably won't be back to this location which is a shamebecause it's close to my work. Read more

It's been awhile since eating Chipotle. It was aweful. The chips were stale, the queso was lukewarm and chunky. The chicken rice... bowl was a bit better, but definitely not worth the almost $16. What a disappointment. I won't be back. Read more

Will not come back to this location. I placed an online order, paid for double protein, asked for double rice and double beans... on one bowel and didnt get double ANYTHING. It was even written on the lids of the order and they still messed it up. I alsoordered a bowl for my gf that was suppose to have double beans and her bowel had NO beans. The employees will be the sole reason this location fails. The attitudes of the employees at this location are just sad. They... short you on portions, and when you complain there isn?t even a hint of an apology. Not even the manager knows how to answer thephone professionally. Do NOT order delivery from this location unless you like half-portion sizes of everything. Ordered a burrito and got half... portion. Burrito bowl, half full. Large chips and queso and there were maybe 20 chips in the bag. Photos included. NEVER hadsuch small portions from any Chipotle before. Read more
