My family and I were craving some sashimi and ramen, so we started searching for Japanese restaurants nearby our home and we got... a few good ideas. We checked reviews on Google and settled on "Ebisu" and give it a try! And guess what! It wasn't the leastbit disappointing!! The Food was amazing!! It was very fresh and tasty!! I was here for dinner last Monday and blown away by the service and food. Loved it so much that I came back again for Lunch 2... days later expecting similar experience...Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The place wasn't too busy, and the service wastoo slow. It took more than 30 minutes for the food to arrive, waiter forgot to even bring Soup/salad for a family of 4 and theat the end added 20% service fee to the bill. When questioned about this, gave explanation of being short staffed. But, the longwait for food and subpar service should gave been taken care of when planning to charge 20% service charge. This restaraunt is one of the best in Palm Beach Gardens. Recently had the spring rolls and they were served with a deliciously... spicy dipping sauce. Miso soup is fresh and flavorful. Sushi was amazing! Try the PGA roll; it's very flavorful, andaesthetically a nice tribute to the local golf courses. The atmosphere inside was comfortable and the service was phenomenal. Went during happy hour and the prices were great. The quality of fish was very good, you can tell it’s fresh! We also ordered... the Chef’s Special ($15) which is on the HH menu and it could be a creative roll or some sort of appetizer. I’m not reallysure what to call what we got, probably a sushi pizza? Authentic amazing food, excellent customer service, and nice ambience. Everything we’ve gotten here has been delicious and... fresh. Ingredients are what they should be, and they don’t use cheap substitutes like other “Japanese” restaurants in thearea.
