This was my first time at just salad and it seems very popular and busy. German and the team were certainly busy but did a great... job with the orders and people. Busy store, busy team. I have been looking for a good salad place in the area. I feel like a lot of places are royally hit and miss down here in... Florida. The Find: I randomly came across this place and after reviewing their menu, I decided to give them a shot. I ordered amake your own salad online. Nothing crazy but a salad I would normally gravitate to. In total it came out to $11 and change. Ihonestly didn't have high expectations with this place since I haven't have much luck with food places down here. I walked in acouple minutes late for when they said my salad would be ready. The people that work here are friendly and welcoming. I said Iwas here to pick up my online order, gave them my details. I was expecting them to not have it ready, but sure enough itwas. The Salad: The salad felt very light in the bag, so first thought was, this was going to be a over priced tiny salad.However I was mistaken. The eco friendly bowl is deceivingly deep for its size. Everything in the salad tasted fresh, the saladdressing was flavorful yet not overpowering. I found myself surprised how good this salad was. My "Gripe" with Just Salad Iguess my biggest gripe with this place is that they set the bar so high with this salad, I am looking forward to orderinganother one tomorrow to test their consistency. Most places down here start off great and slowly but surely drop the ball inquality and consistency. I do hope this establishment is the exception to the rule. I hope this place is there long term. First time visiting any Just Salad location. I went during lunch time. The parking lot was packed, but the restaurant itself... didn't have a long line. The employee that helped me was nice. The Backyard BBQ salad was surprisingly quite tasty. Therestaurant itself was clean. I plan to go back again for lunch while in town. Read more
