Sharing this review based on customer service. I received a gift card last month. I have now tried 4 times to use the gift card... and each time a different employee has not known how to work the system. Today the employee told me there was $0, mind you it?snever been used. He went to check with the manager and they said all gift cards are showing no balance and it is broken. I askedwhen this will be fixed and he didn?t know. The manager should have taken over the situation or offered a refund for thegiftcard or even a discount on my meal. Maybe the 5th time I try to use the giftcard it will work. *editing my review. Themanager Gary helped me figure out the gift card mystery and it turns out I was gifted a used gift card from a friend (whetherthey knew or not). My wife and I stopped to get some dinner while on vacation and found LemonShark Poke in Palm Beach Gardens on Google Maps. I... wasn't sure what to expect but it was so fresh! My wife was really happy with the beer wall after a long ride. Everything wehad was so good, customer service was good, parking was a breeze, and the restaurant was clean. It was fun to get what you wanted. If you don't want 2 scoops of rice you need to speak up it's what they start with. Beer isn't... run so well. It cost $7 for a full glass and even though it shows $.34 an oz. It still cost $7 for a taste? Not cool! Read more

I visited today at lunch with my wife. I?d say generally the food was good, I had a dish with greens and chicken, but I... thought the portion size was pretty small. The gentleman helping me was barely putting ingredients into my bowl, they nevereven ended up reaching the top of the bowl. The flavors were good though. My wife liked hers, but overall I just expect abowl to be more filling and a bit larger. But it seemed like decent quality and flavors. Read more

Trying something new and it was great. Walked in to a greeting from the guy behind the register. We ordered 3 different things... and everything looked very pleasing to the eye and tasted good too.
