Amazing service , missing variety , we try coffee live ????

My experience was great at this store. It helped that I already knew what I wanted and I had an offer. See photos ???? I got to... sample my favorite espresso made on a different machine so I can sample. Lots of staff available to help. I did wait about 5minutes but I considered that my coffee break. Great coffee, but will be ordering from online from now on. Staff is friendly for the most part until a problem arises. There is... no phone number for the store so you can?t reach an associate and the 800 number will tell you they can?t help with a boutiqueissue. The store associate seemed like she didn?t want to be bothered with the situation and had an attitude the entire time,she should consider another job where she doesn?t have to handle issues with customers, because a customer shouldn?t have tofeel like they are the problem when the store was at fault. I went to buy some capsules for my CitiZ machine and wanted to try something new. Both sales people were really helpful and made... suggestions for me I sampled espresso and ended up buying two new varieties. Thank you! They also have recycle bags for yourused capsules. Read more

They close at 8, but it?s really 7:30 according to the employees. So if you?re looking to sample anything, come before 7:30,... even though they close at 8. I like the machines and the pods, but shopping here is always bizarre. Read more
