Updated 7/22/22: The owner reached out to me the very next day and made the issue right. This restaurant really takes pride in... delivering fresh and delicious food and an excellent customer experience. I know all industries are experiencing workershortages and new hires, and I?m fairly certain this was just a blip because my normal experience here is nothing but excellent.I will definitely be back! I have always had positive experiences here and love to eat olive u a few times a month. The food isalways fresh and delicious. But this last visit left a lot to be desired. When I picked up my bowl, it looked like it was halfeaten. I?m not sure if this location has new employees or what happened, but I was definitely disappointed. This is a build-a-bowl-like food place for Mediterranean food. I chose to "build" a bowl with hummus and falafel. With that, I... put on various toppings (like lettuce, tomatoes, chickpeas, etc.) The bowl tasted very good, especially the "tazthiki" sauce.The "house" sauce also tasted pretty good, something like a mix of ranch and pesto. The "tahini" sauce did not have much of aflavor though. Out of the three, my favorite was the tazthiki. The falafels themselves were warm (adequate temperature, notsuper hot) and tasted as you would expect a falafel to taste, nothing too exceptional (still good!). Customer service waswonderful! The employees were all very friendly to me and seemed cheerful. Despite being a fast casual restaurant, they stillcame up to me while I was eating and asked if I was enjoying my meal. Basically the Mediterranean version of Chipotle. I have no complaints? The servers are friendly and fast, and the food is... inexpensive and delicious.
