Awesome dinner, we come to this outback a lot and it is always a good environment for our children and family. When we are... celebrating small events like good grades or a sports win. Outback is always the place to come to have a nice time and just eatwhile doing it. I will be coming back like I always do. I had a great experience this evening at Outback Steakhouse. From the moment we entered the restaurant, the staff was friendly,... smiling, and ready to assist. We chose to sit outside and while waiting, another server inquired if someone had taken our drinkorders and let us know they wanted to make sure we had been assisted. This Outback is tucked away in a local shopping center, and we always forget it?s there. But tonight we went in, and the wait... staff was fantastic. So kind. I was particularly impressed with how patient they were with an elderly gentleman at the tablenext to us. Actually, they were kind to everyone, which is refreshing. We couldn't figure out what we wanted to do for dinner and figured, why not try this Outback. We had never been to this location... before. What a FANTASTIC experience! Our server's name was Melissa and she was a perfect and absolute DELIGHT! She was soattentive and knowledgeable. She was able to make recommendations as we had no idea what we honestly wanted to eat. I had a pleasant experience with my family. Food was delicious, we order an onion, ribs and shrimps, everything was tasty and... fresh. Have been here a few times now and nothing has changed or improved with the facility, outside is filthy, see photos. At least... power wash your place or get management of plaza to do so. Also a no smoking sign on Monday will help to allow your patrons notto eat and taste second hand smoke. The steak and beer was good !! The veggies were soggy as you can almost see and spoiled thatmeal, but i did enjoy the steak as Outback is known for. The beer was cold and enjoyable. Will not be back, this was at least5th visit and will head to Jupiter and try north or go south next time! Management clearly does not care about the patrons andthe sanitary conditions for diners.
