Literally gave me four pieces of meat out of the two sides I ordered seriously?!!?

When you need a really quick hot meal, this is your spot. Food is tasty for fast food, and the selection is good enough to make... everyone happy. Select your options and the assistant will prepare your plate in front of you. It's that easy. Service in this store is bad. It was never wow but it keeps getting worse. There was hardly any food to choose from (and we... didn't go next to closing time). They had no white rice. The beef with broccoli was almost all broccoli and hardly any beef (thebeef didn'tlook and didn't taste good). Other dishes were burnt. Nothing looked fresh as it's supposed to look. I wld have liked it better had the two.ladies working were not cooking, ringing ppl up AND taking orders. They also were... touching cash register amd then doing order without Sanitizing at all. And the fact the cashier pointed to tell me to use mycard- and pointed to tell me to take food. Never once spoke or smiled.. then saw she didnt chathe me right and she walked awayfrom.cash register . Finally a nice guy came out from the back n helped me. Food was only soso. Didnt have good taste whenfirst opened. Gone downhill since covid for sure. Sad.. bc i liked it originally too. I have eaten at this specific location more times than I care to count. Today was the last straw as I was served burnt rice and... chicken. I ordered white rice with orange chicken, and the rice being dry as a bone was hardly the worst part. The chickencrunched like used charcoal in my mouth. Coming apart like a dried trig and becoming dust, I also realized that the chicken wasseverely under-seasoned. I've quite literally never had food so disappointing and unsatisfying in my life, and I've dried eatingfood with insects in it. I'll never be eating at a Panda Express ever again. Read more

I'm a little disappointed with this location. Panda has always been one of my favorites, but this location is problematic. I... have visited several times and each time, there has been an issue. Today, I ordered several entrees and the container with thehoney walnut shrimp was only half full- see pictures. I waited 25 min for the food and most everything got cold. No sweet andsour sauce was put in my bag, even though I asked for it, so I had nothing to dip the spring rolls. Aside from the food andservice issues, I was surprised to see there was no soap in the bathroom!!! There is a sign that tells employees to wash totheir hands before returning to work, yet, there was no soap in sight. In fact, not even a dispenser on the wall. Veryconcerning. Lastly, no driveway. While I have eaten here and other locations multiple times and have never had any complaints, my most recent order from this... location was totally unacceptable. We ordered a family feast, and every entree container was only filled 3/4 of the way. Iincluded a pic of two since someone had already taken food from the third, but does that look full to anyone? For any staffmembers who might read this, please don?t short change customers this way. When you have more room in the take out container,fill it with food. Is that so hard? Read more
