I don't know what has happened to this Panera location. It used to be GREAT. It has gone totally downhill. They are often out of... coffee or milk at peak times. You have to ask for it to be replaced and then wait on the apathetic employee to replace it. Today I ordered an iced coffee only to find out that they had no more lids for the cups after I had already poured the coffee.It would have been nice to know BEFORE I paid that they were out of lids so I could adjust my order. Also the employees are notfriendly like they used to be. I know good help is hard to find, but don't put someone at the register who makes you feel likethey are doing you a favor for taking your order. There are too many options in this area to come here for sub-par serviceespecially since they are charging top dollar. Read more
Very disappointing experience. There is no paper menu, the menu board doesn't specify ingredients so we were compelled to ask a... lot of questions as to what's in what because one of us is vegetarian and one of us is vegan. It was not busy and luckily noone was waiting behind us to order or they would have been very frustrated. The vegetarian ordered the Margarita flatbreadpizza which came lukewarm (it was not busy, no reason for this to be served lukewarm) and with 'sauce' that tasted more likeketchup than pizza marinara sauce. The vegan ordered the Mediterranean sandwich without cheese. It was made without cheese butalso without the hummus. We were then told they were out of hummus. Would have been nice to know that before ordering. Itwas basically a lettuce & tomato sandwich with a very small amount of roasted red pepper Add in 2 small ice teas and this was a$26 event which was neither tasty nor what was expected. So I am pregnant, and when I have my mind set on a food item I will do whatever it takes to get it. Needless to say, I was... really excited to get a chipotle chicken sandwich from here. My coworker recommended it with no chicken and a fewcustomizations.. I placed my order online, with extra customizations that I paid more for.. such as extra sauce, avocado,cheese, etc. Not only was my order running a bit late by 15 minutes, which is fine by itself, but I finally pick up my orderand it?s completely bare and wrong. I am so deeply upset, because like I said, I really was looking forward to this, and I AM 6months pregnant.. Needless to say the staff here clearly doesn?t take their time reading orders, despite it being an hour fromclosing. I?m just surprised the sandwich didn?t have meat on it, or else I would?ve completely turned around and returned it.However I do have a job to get back to, and cannot wait for it to be remade when I have already waited 30 minutes. Ordered a turkey bravo for my husband as you can clearly see on my receipt & I had to drive back because we were given two... pieces of baguette with cheese all burnt! Yup, not what we ordered. So I came back and thankfully they fixed it and gave me awhole sandwich instead of half & I gave it 2 stars because of what they gave me, but still wanted to give them credit for fixingit! Read more

9/15/22 Update: This junk box strikes again. My wife ordered a Frontega Chicken sandwich. The sandwich was nothing more than... chicken, avocado and cheese. FYI, avocado is not supposed to be on the Frontega Chicken sandwich. Is it possible to bang theseorders up this much? We order through Door Dash and it always comes from here. Maybe that?s the problem, they don?t careabout customers who are not there to complain. Sorry Panera, I won?t be ordering food from any of your locations anymore. Thishas to be the worst Panera of all time. We have ordered from here once a month since they?ve open because we love Panera andthis one is 3 mins from our house and in all that time I think 80% of our orders have been wrong. Tonight I ordered a pick twowith the corn chowder and 1/2 Greek salad. I got a 1/2 Fuji apple salad, no utensils or napkins and missing chips for the soup. The receipt tapped to the bag says 1/2 Greek salad so no idea how that gets messed up. I normally do not write bad reviews buthad to call this out. If you order you?ll get Panera quality, just likely someone else?s order. Read more
