I don?t usually write reviews but this experience really frustrated me. One guy behind the counter responded to me in a very... rude and passive aggressive manor after asking him a question about an item on the menu. He then proceeded to speak to me as ifI was stupid and wasting his time. I know this is a fast food restaurant in a mall and I shouldn?t expect much from service butas someone who has worked in food service since the moment I turned 16, it really doesn?t take much effort to talk to customerswith some decency and respect. And for context, no I did nothing to provoke this kind of behavior, maybe that?s just hispersonality. If it is, he really needs to fix it before he speaks to the wrong person like he did to me. 1. The pizza is usually so good at this place, today it was not. There was NO sauce at all on my daughter pep pizza. 2. The girl... at the front rolled her eyes at me when I asked her for a bag, and acted like she was inconvenienced by me asking her in thefirst place. 3. It seemed as if there was some sort of relationship drama going on between the two front employees. I've been going to Sbarrow's several times and it has always been a very positive experience the people go out of their way to... please the customers. The food taste very much like the pricey so you can taste quality and you get quantity, you get yourmoneys worth; I'm very happy and satisfied. Love it! Read more
I literally just picked up some baked ziti from the Gardens Mall. I haven't had Sbarro's in many years and was glad to hear they... were back. I grab my fork anticipating my first bite....and boy was it gross! Absolutely disgusting. They clearly changed therecipe from the 90's and that was a bad move. By no means am I expecting 5 star authentic Italian food but this is disgraceful.Won't be going back there ever again. My fond childhood memories of going to the mail with my friends and having Sbarro with mygirls after shopping is now sadly replaced by the bitter aftertaste and Sahara-esque dryness of the pasta that I tossed in thetrash after a forkful.
