Stage was an amazing night out. From the atmosphere, and ambiance all the way through the food and drinks. We ordered a few of... the specialty cocktails crafted perfectly. This restaurant is a true gem in our community. I expect them to get a Michelin star at some point because of the creativity and... quality! This restaurant offers world inspired cultural cuisine with roots in Indian cooking. This was our second visit toStage. We love it! My fiancé had the Korean ribs and I had the Restaurant week wagyu Teres Major Steak and fries (came withsome fantastic wine!). I never heard of this cut of meat before but now it’s on my radar! So tender and flavorful. Our serverwas Pia and she was super happy and helpful. We enjoyed every bite! The sips were fantastic too we started the evening with theGin Don’t Kill my Vibe cocktail and the Hot and Bothered tequila drink. Both were delightful! My only gripe is that the friescame out luke warm and they don’t bring out ketchup or anything when they serve it. I love to dip things! I watched my friesget colder as I waited for ketchup and aioli. That said, if you want to take the special up to next level awesomeness then askfor a side of the Aji Amarillo Aioli. It’s a little spicy but OMGGGGGG wow it’s amazing on fries. To be honest it was wellworth the few minutes to dunk my fries in it. Wowza. MIGHT BE MY FAVE PALM BEACH RESTAURANT!!!! - everything about this restaurant is on point, SERVICE is amazing DECOR/AMBIANCE is... cool FOOD is fantastic COCKTAILS/DRINKS really cool! Diving in to the detail, hard to label the cuisine here, but the Pate as astarter is wonderful for example, my kids love the tuna starter, for main courses some great choices, we often get the chickencurry which is ridiculously good. COCKTAILS/DRINKS - they do a drink called a ‘Me o Mi’ which is a Mai-tai, fun and tasty insummary, plenty of other fun choices as well as a reasonable and well thought out wine list. Full disclosure, we were gifted a gift card by a family member to try this place out after said family member really enjoyed... this place several times. I can confirm that their raving about it is well founded. First of all if you can. make areservation, it was really packed when we arrived and thankfully we had made a previous reservation. That being said we wereseated almost immediately and the staff was very kind and helpful when we asked if we could change to outdoor seating. Thank youfor your flexibility :) Ok enough about that, how is the food? Let's put it this way: you see those 5 stars up there? Notenough stars available to make this point, it was easily one of the best places we have ever enjoyed dining. We tried theKorean BBQ ribs and the bang bang cauliflower and a sticky toffee pudding for dessert along with some drinks. Not only were thepotions large enough that we were both able to enjoy them and share but we barely were able to completely finish them (don'tworry we did). The waitstaff were very quick and attentive and not just the lady who served our table, other servers and staffas they passed out table would ask to clear empty dishes refill water, and generally make sure we were having a good experience. This restaurant was soooo good. It’s an Indian fusion restaurant that puts out fun, creative, flavorful dishes. I feel like I... tried 80% of the menu as I ordered shared plates with a large group and every dish was liked by at least some of our group. Thehighlights were the cauliflower, chili chicken, truffle naan, cheese naan, and wagyu tenderloin. Some of the dishes are spicy,so if you can’t handle heat, you should as your server for advice on what to eat. I love spicy so I couldn’t get enough.
