Wow. I had no idea that a steakhouse could be so Good. I have never been before and the food and service blew me away. I’m... talkin Top Notch! So we started with the raw tuna app. Super fresh and perfectly seasoned with cucumbers and avocado. The steak???? and Lobster tails were cooked perfectly. As was the bone in NY Strip. The salads were so fresh and crisp. The dressing wasperfectly seasoned and the Lobster Mac was amazing. You must try the wine ???? red of course and the Crème Boule with freshfruit , spectacular. Honestly, I was disappointed with the service we received. We were sat at a table set for 2, where there were 3 of us. We were... celebrating my father’s 70th. When we asked for additional plating, we received an attitude and a rough rearrangement. Thefood was below average as compared other capital grills. The lobster Mac and Cheese was under seasoned. The Bone in Ribeye,which I asked for medium well, was over charred and still very medium. When I mentioned this to our waiter, he then followedthis with a lecture on how the meat was cooked. All I want was a good and not a lecture. After the short lecture I received, hewas never to be seen again. I was super disappointed on how our food was packed. The food, service is amazing every time for this chain. Everything comes out perfectly, good temperature. The Chilean sea bass... taste so good, and for once I think they made this dish a little better than me lol. The flourless chocolate cake is my favoritedessert. Read more
Atmosphere: Semi open kitchen. The dining area is fairly loud, hearing the other patrons as they enjoy their... meals. Food: Pan-Fried Calamari Comes out nice and hot. The peppers add a nice spicy kick. From the Grill We had steaks andlobster. The meal was delicious, the meat perfectly cooked. The lobster Mac and Cheese was one of the highlights. The Capital Grille is an experience, not just a restaurant. The ambiance, staff, and meal were all to perfection. My husband had... a salad which was presented very well and I had the filet mignon which was perfectly done and oh so tender. The staff was sopolite and friendly and the manager did her rounds to each table to ensure that each guest was satisfied. Not much of a choice for vegetarians but this is a steak house, so you can't expect much. Well, I think the place has a good... lobster mac and cheese. And I love it. And calamari was good.
