We walked in with only 1 or 2 tables, we didn?t get our food until an hour or two later and other guests who came in after got... theirs first. She upcharged up and didn?t mention price differences. Small portions and very expensive. Didn?t taste greateither- I didn?t bother to take my leftovers. Super bland. When she brought the check she preselected 20% tip for us ..unprofessional especially with bad service. Wanted breakfast and ended up not eating until they closed. Wish I had read theseother reviews first. Could have gone to a nice restaurant for how much we paid for a dish and a couple sides.. like $4 for asmall orange juice, almost $16 for an omelet?? Decent quality food. The place looks really run down and worn. For such a small chain they can definitely do a bit more to make... the place look a bit more appealing to eat at. A can of paint goes a long way.... The staff are extremely friendly and verypleasant, 2 stars just because the staff are great and the food is okay but the restaurant really needs some attention. This was absolutely the worst place we've been in a very long time. To start with the restaurant was filthy and the restrooms... hadn't been cleaned in awhile. We ordered and waited over 20 minutes for our food. When we finally got our food it wasn't whatwe were used to from Original Pancake House. The pancakes were actually terrible. My breakfast was missing the potatoes andwhen we let management know they didn't even adjust the bill. Don't waste your time with this disaster. The result of short staffing? Uncommonly long wait to be seated. The result of inflation? Coffee and crepes=$18 Suggested tip... starting at 18% More than half empty, 6 or 7 tables at any given time for two servers, a host, a busboy and presumably a cook.Understaffed? We stopped in here for a late breakfast twice this last month. Both visits were fantastic. Talia was our first server. She... was super sweet with my special needs daughter, our food came out hot and fast which is always appreciated. Our second serverwas Justice. He made us feel right at home and was super patient as we needed some extra time to figure out what we wanted toorder. Overall we really like this place and my daughter keeps asking to go back to the ?pancake place? to eat. We werethrilled to take part in the #tipthebill challenge on our second visit. Read more

The food wasn?t good. I could only finish half of my meal because everything tasted like it was soaked in crisco. The eggs &... potatoes were super slimy. Honestly for a $12 plate, the meal should have been significantly better. The service was ok, not atall warm & friendly but we weren?t neglected either. I cannot recommend. Read more

The food was awful, just bad. I know you don?t know me but for me to say that food was bad it had to be real bad. I eat just... about anything. I?m trying to remember the name of the particular plates. I know the worst one was definitely the potatopancake. It was just slimy in texture and bland. Then I had the salmon w eggs and that was underwhelming as well. Everythingseemed like it was just thrown together hastily. Small portions too. Save yourself the money and just do it at home.
