As first time patrons, we were curious to find out if the food was as good as previous reviews have indicated. We were not... disappointed. However, the owner never once came to our table to greet us or ask us how our meal was as previous reviews havementioned. We were one of only three tables of patrons that evening and the owner passed by our table repeatedly without somuch as a hello, choosing to spend the entire time we were there with a couple that obviously frequent the restaurant on aregular basis. It would seem to me that if you are the owner of a fairly new restaurant seeking to establish a regular patronbase you would make it your business to greet everyone coming into your establishment, especially first time patrons, to makethem feel at home. The reason for the 5 stars was that the food was exceptional. I ordered the Branzino fish off the menu- best fish I have eaten... in Florida! Great spaghetti sauce. The owner walks around and greets all the tables. The prices are ok- $10 upcharge for side ofspaghetti would have been more appropriate at $5. The servers seem to cater to those that drink wine. I would have given 3.5stars because the service was fair; my water glass was empty most of the meal and the server forgot my coffee. But the food wasso exceptional that it made up for the poor service and was well deserving of the 5 stars. I will be back and hopefully theservice will improve. Read more

We were early when we started and by the time we finished. The place was packed and people waiting to be seated. They do have an... Online Reservation ability here and I would recommend that you use it. All I can say is WOW!!! They had there Grand Opening lastnight. Myself and My girlfriend and her son joined me for this rare occasion. It\'s hard to find the opportunity to dine at aGrand Openings. They usually are pre-booked days or even weeks ahead. As was Casa Vincenzo Ristorante. The owner Vincenzo hadhis dreams come true last night. The Dining experience was beautiful success. We were not rushed we enjoyed the ambiance of hislocation. The Shoppes at Veranda Falls is full of water effects giving it a special feeling when dining near the water and themini falls that are throughout the plaza. The wine and the food were absolutely perfect. I had the Lamb. which was cooked justright. It has been a long long time since I\'ve had a good Lamb Chop. The mashed potato\'s were fresh NOT BOXED, and Delicious.Everything is freshly prepared there from scratch. With that being said your meal will come at you a little slower than otherRestaurants in the area. I don\'t mind. It is well worth the wait. Dinner was fabulous 6 happy guests salads fresh and delicious, all appetizers were great calamari cooked to perfection dinners... were all great from the fish to pasta dishes. Wonderful wine list and the desserts amazing. Staff friendly worked very hard tomake sure our experience was perfect. Read more
We will NOT be going back, the owner was very rude our entire night out. we dine out frequently and never had a owner ask us to... put the whole order in at once because that’s what chef likes… typically we order our entree after enjoying a bottle of wineand a few appetizers allowing time to figure out what you’d like as an entree and maybe even a dessert…. Then he came over asecond time and said whaaaaat you don’t like eggplant because I had not eaten every single bite of my food… I usually box uphalf for my lunch the following day. Very bizarre behavior from an owner of a restaurant. If your going out to enjoy your dinnerand atmosphere this is NOT the place. Read more
