Incredibly poorly run business. I ordered on the app at 12:31 with an estimated pick up time of 12:52. The app showed they were... "packing it up" at at 12:47 so I headed to the store which is 10 minutes away. I get the parking lot and it still doesn't showbeing ready for pick up. I wait in my car another 10 minutes. Still not ready. I walk into the store and not seeing any pizzasat all in the dispenser and a room full of people I find a piece of wall to lean against since I have bad back and neededsomething to lean against and both (only 2?????) chairs were occupied....one of them being by a little girl who obviously wasn'ttaught to let older people take a seat. Her exceptionally hefty mother stood right beside her. I stood there another 10 minutesas one by one almost every one else was given their food. The app still did not show my pizza being ready. My back beginning tohurt I moved over to where the two employees there could see me. I have to say, I have not seen people move that slowly in avery long time. After being ignored another 10 minutes I went to the counter and leaned against it waiting to be acknowledged.The app still did not show my pizza ready. After a couple of minutes one of the employees came out to tell me to stop leaning onthe counter. (?????????????) After I stood up she finally asked if she could help me. I told her I had made an order on the appover an hour ago. She asked my name. I told her. She turned around to the shelf behind her and grabbed and handed my pizza tome. It had apparently been sitting there since 12:47.....never being put into the dispenser as it was supposed to. I just lookedat her dumbfounded. I said "seriously????" - She just looked at me with a vacant stare and said "thank you" then looked past meat another customer to dismiss me. Gave 3 stars 4 months ago for slow service but has since changed it to one star. Been to this location 3 times in the past... couple months due to not having many places to choose from in the area. First experience was very slow service and bad attitudefrom what looked to be the only person working there at 1230pm. Second experience was nothing ready and was told it would beawhile for any hot and ready pizzas. Again at lunch time. Decided to go somewhere else. Third and final time was again nothingready but one pepperoni pizza. Said screw it and got it. Tasted old and dried out. Read more

Be aware they raised their prices which is understandable considering food cost but if you don't want sauce on a pizza (hot and... ready are made when you order BTW) they will charge you an extra 2 dollars. They literally charge you to skip a step!! The guybehind the counter said it was the regional managers decision. I'll take the sauce on the side now just for principles sake, I'mnot letting the manager pad his inventory while charging me for not doing something. Read more

Unbelievable!!!! Every person who called would be told 5-10 mins People who would walk in 15 mins I?ve been waiting for 30 mins... and nth They have no pizzas ready and are marking things as picked up when the orders aren?t even in the pick up portal andwhen customers ask how much longer they say 10 more mins after being told 2 mins 30 mins ago ! Absolutely horrible experience at this Little Caesars store. I put a pickup order in by phone and was told it would be ready in... 15 minutes. I get to the store 15 minutes later and it was complete chaos. Not only did the girl I spoke with not even put myorder in when I called, but it was all teenagers working at the time who could care less about their job or serving customers. I had to wait at least 30 minutes for 2 thin crust pizzas and within that time I had to over hear multiple complaints fromcustomers coming to get their food. Management and corporate needs to step in and supervise while there's all teenagers workinga shift. Read more

Second pizza made with bacon in it. The manager Nathan thought it was a big joke to have had bacon thrown in complete disregard... for ones religious practice and a real disappointment to the store brand ! Read more

I order online and I've had NO issues but I've frequently seen other customers leave the shop upset, dissatisfied ???????... Apparently, if you make an order that is too big to fit in the dispensing machine and the person at the counter is absent ortaking orders, you may have to wait extra for your order to be handed out (not my experience, as I've only ordered 1 pizza eachtime - online - and it's been ready on time) I've been treated well by the attendants most times; there's the occasional slow,distracted and overwhelmed new employee that consequently comes across as uncourteous ???? Absolutely terrible. Would give zero stars if i could and i do not have time to waste writing reviews. 3 times in a row. Takes... forever to get delivered and also order is wrong every time when we even call after order has been placed just to confirm theorder. Even ordered extra crazy sauce in hopes to even get one thing of crazy sauce, nope never got one with my crazy bread. Andthis time both pizzas are burnt but we got our 2 crazy sauces. Check out how the doughy the crazy bread was when we opened it.Didn?t even get to dip in crazy sauce. No words. Also had no Pepsi for the third time ordering in a row. Read more
