The sign on the door says that on Friday and Saturday the lobby is open 24 hours so we attempted to stop to get food and use the... restroom. We made a point to ask an employee if the lobby was open and she said yes. When we went to open the door it was lockedand she said "no drive thru only". Y'all need to teach your employees to give proper info and definitely change the sign. Endedup not ordering anything because we needed a restroom badly after a long drive. Read more
Got the Big Mac special!! Lettuce was brown, everything was in a big pile inside the box and 1 was turned on it's side with the... hinge side up...so when I picked it up; the box opened and the whole burger fell out inside the bag!! Disappointment again!!WHY??? Read more

I may have been the last client to come in through drive thru,but I would've expected to have had what I payed for. NOT ONLY did... you guys not add the extra patty for the big mac (( on two big macs )), but both my MEALS were pretty much thrown in. The breadwas dry , alot of lettuce, got the pickles right atleast ! $17 may have not been alot, but I would've preferred for them to tellme they are closed instead of selling me this & having me drive home with cold fries , two big macs that I had to THROW IN MYGARBAGE !!!!!!! What a joke this place is. You never know if the doors are going to be open or locked (5:45 on a Tuesday afternoon, no holiday).... Food ALWAYS cold. I stopped going here about a year ago but had a craving for a filet-o-fish, so I pulled in. Doors Lockedtighter than the gold vault at Fort Knox. They have some silly b.s. disclaimer about their Covid Policy on the Google listingbut it's really just there as an excuse to lock the doors whenever they feel like it. The french fries held up my order, so they were 'fresh'. But they tasted horrible! Overly soggy and tasted like old, nasty... grease that got my whole family sick. Will never go back, even if they paid me! Nor would I wish my worst enemy to eat here. Read more
Update**** Sauce problem fixed :) Old post: Ordered a full meal and they wouldn?t give me more than 1 sauce and wanted to... charge for extra?. Manager seemed annoyed about the whole thing ?
