I'm done going to this location. The staff couldn't care less and the last 3 times I've gotten food here the wraps were garbage.

Walked in at 8:15 and the rude girl at the counter stated, "just so you know we close at 9!" Umm yes it's 45 MINUTES before you... close. Very unwelcome feeling from this associate. Do better, train your employees on customer service! Read more

I'm at this location constantly. They almost always do a good job. I came in about 15 minutes before closing on 4/27 and my food... was intentionally messed up. I say intentionally because each item we received had a severe problem. I suppose you should lookelsewhere if it's close to closing time. Read more

My order was taken by this Ella, a sweet girl who made sure my order was correct. She had wonderful customer service when in... recent months it?s been a little iffy. I ordered through the TS app and ordered NO Buffalo sauce for my wrap with the REGULAR baked lays chips! Clearly states it on... the receipt that's taped on the wrap. Right after Door Dash delivered my food (wrap, chips and smoothie), I opened the bag tosee jalapeño chips. Uhem, if I ordered no Buffalo sauce, why would I like spicy chips? I called the store and talked to Georgeat the Palm City location. He told me that they did not have any other kinds of chips but the jalapeño ones so they just threwit in the bag. I asked why no one had called me to ask about my substitute. He said he didn't have my number..but funny thing isthat my phone number was on the receipt that's taped to the bag..lol anyways, he told me I'd have to take my complaints throughdoor dash since they delivered my food.. but when I told him his staff made the food, not door dash, he said that's all heknew.. TS could not give me a refund nor make me a new order, and I'd have to take it up with door dash..ugh.. I opened my wrapto Buffalo sauce on the wrap where they cut the wrap into two. I called back and spoke to Heidi. I requested the Corporateoffice number at which time she said I would have to look it up since she didn't know it. I informed her that I've ordered TSthrough the app about 5x and each time there is something wrong. Items missing and Buffalo sauce all over my wrap. She justapologized and told me to take it up through Door Dash. Door dash just delivered my food, not prepared it. WTH! Read more

Ordered a Supergreen wrap for lunch ate the first half and got started on second half and when I went to take a bite a little... spider crawled out of my wrap. I will not be going to this location again. Only god knows how many of them did i eat. I praythat i do not get sick. Read more

I come into this location frequently to get smoothies for my grandmother, and occasionally have lunch. They always do a good job... with our custom order. We ate inside today and the food was really good and fresh. The girls are always really sweet. Thank you!We will def keep coming back! Read more
