Sat in drive thru for 8 min to then place order. Mind you line full to one car ahead of us at the talk box. Once we ordered we... waited 7 more min for maybe three cars to move we had just two more cars to go at the window but had to leave for our vetappointment. Clearly weren?t enough help inside. The people working here are really great but it feels like the corporation isn't supporting them with enough stock (often... running low on some supplies like some chip sizes or food items, etc)... But I understand this is happening to a lot ofrestaurants lately and I feel very forgiving about it under the circumstances. That aside, good fast food, good prices and goodpeople and some unique items that make them stand out (sweet fries, fruit slushies, etc) that give me a reason to come herespecifically. Read more
I went today 10/14/22 at around 4 pm to checker?s in Palm coast in old king road. I was at the window to order over 7 minutes... with a good 88 degrees outside, sum baking me since there is not covers and absolute NOBODY came to the window to say hello or Iwill get back with you. Few workers entered in the place, a young lady went to a parked car to give food, everyone saw me butnobody knowledge I was there. When I decided to leave and jumped in my truck I saw from the distance the lady opened the windowbut was too late. I took off and went somewhere else to eat. Shame on checkers and their employees. Such a good hamburgers butextremely bad management and employees. Correction to previous review. Right after I reviewed the company the owner of checkerscontacted me and advised me to give a second try. I did it last night. On this visit everything was excellent. Food was likebefore, fresh, amazing flavor, quick service, smiling workers. Very satisfied with my favorite fast food. Glad we have acheckers in Palm Coast area. If you haven?t try just go there an eat. In my opinion Checkers is better than any fast foodaround. Read more
Thank goodness it's open late and they don't under or over cook your food as punishment for going there. The guy I was with is... from new Jersey and he said the way we spoke to one another was as if we knew each other. I told him it's southern hospitality. Read more
Good burgers. Issue with the computers.. they crash too many times & reboot many times leaving customers in drive thru waiting... forever. The workers are great & I hope people don't get on them for slow service. CHECKERS needs to get with technology! Read more

I usually like checkers, but lately when I get the fries they are cold, not even Luke warm, just cold. I get a checkerburger and... ask for cheese on it?I NEVER get the cheese, and when I get funnel cake fries, there?s no powdered sugar, not even a little bit,I?m just biting into fried dough with no sweetness, it tastes like greasy wonder bread. We were craving burgers so we stopped by the drive thru. The cashier, Alexandra, was absolutely amazing. She was polite and... greeted us immediately, and even through the speaker you could tell she was smiling. The food was delicious, my only complaintwould be that the fries were saltier than I?d like, but we will definitely be returning based solely on the service we received.I wish more people had such a great attitude at work, however much she makes isn?t enough!
