My go to coffee place. But I must say I?m disappointed today. Once in a while I get a coffee that?s not made the way I ask for... it and I let it slide because it?s something I?ll drink regardless & I?ve already waited such a long time in line. But today thesticker on my cup was way off and when I questioned I was told the sticker was wrong. That wasn?t the case. I get a coffee withNO sugar and a sugar free flavor. Today I was given a flavor with sugar PLUS Splenda. Workers need to realize that could bedangerous if I were diabetic. (Not the case I just don?t like sugar). But to just say the sticker is wrong and send me on my waywas not right. If you were unsure you should?ve taken it back and made a new one. I trusted when I was told it was madecorrectly (my fault) I?m not one to write reviews but as I said this could be dangerous if someone truly could not have sugar.Especially when you added extra sugar on top of the already sweetened flavoring. I went to this Dunkin yesterday and today. While I empathize with the situation in florida, I do not empathize with bad... service. Yesterday I went in the store, 10 customers in front of me. No problem. 35 minutes later I finally got to order. Before the untrained kid took my order, he first had to put his tips in the bag because they were "overflowing from his greatservice". I finally order after watching him spill all the tips on the counter and pick them up. 4 coffees and a dozen donuts.Not hard. The decaf coffees were wrong. Oatmilk no sugar was too complicated for this staff apparently , as was ensuring the hotdecaf was actually hot. The iced coffee faired no better. Today, I try the drive thru. 5 cars in front of me. 30 minute waitagain. This time the coffee was made correct thankfully, and warm at least. But the girl at the window was rude and cold. Nospeaking. No thank you. Just silence. I smiled and told her to have a great day and she surprisingly quipped "you too". I thinkI'll try another location when visiting family in the area from now on. Pretty sure this location is a lost caused, and theirgood reviews are clearly written by the staff themselves. Read more
This location rocked it this morning, 1 day post Ian. Lots of fresh donuts, coffee and a full crew busting their behinds for the... huge crowds because most of us are without power. You guys deserve a shout out!! Read more
Went on a Sunday morning. Drive thru was at least 10 cars deep. When I finally drove up to order they said drive thru card... reader is down, and we have to pay with dd app or cash. I have neither, so I park the car go inside and it was a crazy lineinside as well. I finally get order my one small cup of coffee. This simply was not worth the effort, but my wife wanted acoffee. I usually make my own coffee at home and will continue to do so. Read more
Friday visit around 3pm, very busy drive thru line all the way into the street. It?s combined with Baskin Robbins which gives... you twice the selection. We were pleased to see Covid spacing distance still marked on the tables. Unfortunate my hubby?s coffeeorder was overlooked and he had to wait while 3-4 customers that came after him came and left with theirs. Read more
