What is not to love about donuts, especially free ones? Using the TMobile Tuesday $2 giftcards with my daughter at about 6:30... p.m., discovered buy 6 donuts, get 6 free! So instead of just purchasing the four, we bought 14! And, we weren't the only ones. Donuts were on the delivery cart, so it was time-consuming and difficult to ID and choose the different types available. Perhaps having someone load the display trays would have streamlined service for the 4 people behind us. Certainly would nothave taken any more time than having another 1-2 employees bumping into each other and 2? others walk to the back and not open a2nd register right away. Read more

Cashier with Poor customer service skills. That?s ok, we let it slide, people have bad days. Ordered a beverage, asked if it was... sweetened, cashier said no. Beverage arrived, it was pre-sweetened. Friendly customer service. A bit on the slower side, but service was fine. Clean store. Clean restrooms. Tons of parking.... Caramel frozen coffee was super sweet. Hot chocolate was good. Donut holes were fine. Read more
Love Dunkin' Donuts ! I come here every morning and they always get my coffee right, donuts are always fresh, and the foods... always hot and made to order. The parking lot can get pretty full and the drive thru line gets long but they keep it movingpretty quickly, I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes. Read more
Very busy! It was nice for a Saturday morning treat. But I'm glad I don't do that everyday.
