Was staying locally and saw the reviews and went in for lunch Waitress recommended the Cuban sandwich, which came with pesto... mayonnaise and homemade chips. Was very good and appreciated her recommendation. Another waitress cleared and recommendeddessert I opted for the cake with coconut frosting and strawberries. Unfortunately, though the cake was excellent, thestrawberries had soured. They removed it from my check. Would definitely return. Read more
This place is amazing! Literally can?t say enough good about it. Been here twice now with my husband and the food came out quick... and correct. Tasted awesome. Great beer prices, the peanut butter pie is to die for!! But best of all, server Mo is the bestserver we?ve had anywhere since covid. Service in restaurants have plummeted in quality, but not with her!! Will ask again andagain for her each time we come. If you haven?t been, go give it a try. Food was excellent! Had the fillet mignon kebab and chicken kebab combo. Comes with a vegetable kebab and corn fritters.... Everything was delicious and so tender. Coleslaw was also good. But you can't beat the views , the breeze and relaxing sight ofthe little planes landing and taking off in front of you. Playground for kids is a plus. Will surely come back. Read more
Fun and pleasant atmosphere. Great service during the day and quick on the refills as well as clearing the table when you're... done. The restaurant appears to be very clean yet cluttered with so many things to read, see and enjoy, you can spend a goodamount of time looking around. If you're an aviation buff, this is the fun place to drive or fly in and enjoy. The tables arelarge and clean but the bathroom could be about four times larger. At least it was very clean ;-) I had the Shrimp Cabob whichis a bit pricier than many of the other plates but the amount of meat, veggies and garlic mashed potato's you get are worth theprice. The garlic mashed potato's were excellent and probably one of the best things on my plate. The corn fritters were a bitdisappointing as they seemed to lack taste and there wasn't much corn. All three of us agreed it was a disappointment. I wassurprised by the shrimp coming with an orange dip but the owner has a great idea including this and I couldn't get enough. Fordessert I had the peanut butter pie. It has drizzled chocolate and a bit of whip cream for a nice presentation. Including somewith each bite evens out a sweet and comforting end to a good meal. My friends had the Carrot cake which was large andpresented well but lacked a strong punch to end a meal. They both said it could have been better but I also noticed that bothof them finished the entire dish. I liked it but agree that it could have more taste to it. Large parties have interior andexterior space to put tables together as I watched a Harley Owners Group come in with about 30 people. They appeared to beserved quick and were all served food within a very reasonable time for a party that large. I grew up in airports and aroundaircraft so I enjoy being in the atmosphere again but for a themed restaurant, this place is fun and worth the money. Read more
