I have een 2 times in past month. I waited 20 minutes in line to be told that they didn't know if they could give me a family... order until they got rid of all of their other delivery orders. Today I got in line with no wait, which was awesome and I askedfor a 12 piece meal and they asked if I wanted a original or a crispy so I chose crispy. Then I was told that they couldn't giveme either as they only had some of each and it would be a 25 minute wait. I asked them if they could just mix it up to make 12pieces and then they had me told me yo hold on and i waited for over 5 minutes so I drove off. This is the worst fast foodrestaurant that I've been to ever. I understand that there is a shortage of workers and I know it's a stressful job but butthis service is horrendous. Read more
We went there and ordered the 12 PC family meal. We were given a container of HOT tea. We ask for cups with ice. We were told we... could only have two cups. But there were more than two of us. Then we ask for plates she said we don't have any and walked awayfrom the window..we had only two cups for the hot tea. No plates and no plastic forks or spoons. We are traveling and areeating in the car. Horrible, dry chicken, cold french fries, slow service even with me putting the order in ahead of time. The store was dirty the... floor was sticky. There was a huge water drip coming from the AC vent where the floor was actually wet. The food was so bad thatI decided instead of even calling to complain that I would just never go back to the restaurant which I must say is notsomething that I would do unless it was absolutely atrocious.
