I have een 2 times in past month. I waited 20 minutes in line to be told that they didn't know if they could give me a family... order until they got rid of all of their other delivery orders. Today I got in line with no wait, which was awesome and I askedfor a 12 piece meal and they asked if I wanted a original or a crispy so I chose crispy. Then I was told that they couldn't giveme either as they only had some of each and it would be a 25 minute wait. I asked them if they could just mix it up to make 12pieces and then they had me told me yo hold on and i waited for over 5 minutes so I drove off. This is the worst fast foodrestaurant that I've been to ever. I understand that there is a shortage of workers and I know it's a stressful job but butthis service is horrendous. Read more
We went there and ordered the 12 PC family meal. We were given a container of HOT tea. We ask for cups with ice. We were told we... could only have two cups. But there were more than two of us. Then we ask for plates she said we don't have any and walked awayfrom the window..we had only two cups for the hot tea. No plates and no plastic forks or spoons. We are traveling and areeating in the car. Horrible, dry chicken, cold french fries, slow service even with me putting the order in ahead of time. The store was dirty the... floor was sticky. There was a huge water drip coming from the AC vent where the floor was actually wet. The food was so bad thatI decided instead of even calling to complain that I would just never go back to the restaurant which I must say is notsomething that I would do unless it was absolutely atrocious. I went to KFC at least once a week before moving to Palm Coast. This location is awful. They are always out of chicken, even at... 5:00. I can understand if it was near closing time, but that is ridiculous. I ordered online and I was waiting inside at thearea they leave the online orders for a while. Finally someone acknowledged me and when I said my name they said oh we don'thave any chicken. All they had was wings and said they could give me 3 wings instead of the 3 pieces I ordered. Well a breastcosts more than a wing so I didn't want to do that since I paid more money. I asked to get a refund and she said she couldn't dothat. She told me to call corporate. I asked her what her name was in case corporate asked so they know I wasn't lying about notgetting my food. She rudely said she was a manager. They didn't give no receipts, no napkins, comma naive in the fork. I asked for grape jelly and when I opened my Box they gave... me 2 cookies no biscuit. When I placed my order I said I wanted gravy on the side they had gravy on my mash potatoe. Read more
This is the second time I have gotten food that is well below what would be considered edible. Guy did not give me receipt... either. Honestly I am over it. Last time they messed up my order cooperate sent me a $5 voucher for an order that cost me 20.This time 17 bucks is now gone. They used to be pretty good, but those days are far behind them now. Worst KFC ever, shouldn't even get one star, laziest employees, scam artist, we placed order 9:31pm arrived 9:45 doors were... locked. Knocked on doors and windows. Girl finally opens drive through and says haven?t had order made in over an hour fortakeout, 15 seconds later oh sorry it just came through and we are all shut down already, and when i went to cancel order at9:50 it says order is being fulfilled.
