Ordered a double fish filet sandwich that was clearly old and recooked in hopes to salvage it for a lucky customer which was ME.... It was nice and burnt and VERY hard. I went inside and stood patiently waiting for someone to come to the counter ? as I?mstanding other orders are being called out and other people are being assisted..3 people actually ? but here I am. So eventuallyI ask if I?m invisible because clearly it seems I am?! Horrible operation here. The sauce packets are 1 year out of date and taste off. Get food. Order messed up. Wait 15 min... to get food then another 10 min to get what they forgot just to spend 35$ on some cold food. The price gouging and level ofservice and quality of food are all bad. Read more
Very nice employees good and hot food. But a little slow in the drive through.

Food was good, but the employee who brought my food out to the car was just absolutely rude. I wanted to fill out a survey to... let the manager know, but the survey number on the receipt is unreadable, and (of course) you can't do a survey withoutit. Rudeness is never acceptable. So done with this location. They don't listen to you while ordering so you have to repeat yourself 2 and 3 times, and they still... don't prepare the food correctly even after the order is put in correctly. Managers and employees having an attitude whilerequesting once again to have my food replaced as ordered was my last straw. This has happened several times. Do better. Read more
People can complain and not always the employees fault. They lose sight that it?s a franchise and run by a large company. The... problem lays at McDonald?s responsibility providing this location a better method to serve there customer more efficiently. Ihave to give credit to this McDonald?s location because It?s extremely busy and the drive thru is ridiculously long. They haveand incredible burden to serve a location that has the most concentrated customers in Palm Coast. I see the manager working veryhard helping his employees he?s also very patient and nice, it?s a mental hustle. The food still comes out good! Waited a half hour for my food, for it to come out old, soggy, and cold. I waited at the front counter hearing them in the back,... watching them play around and throw food at each other. I spent 52 dollars to throw away more than half the food. They misseditems, gave us the wrong drink. It was literally the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I'll never go back again. Sidenote, I wasn't a door dash order, but I heard one of them same is just door dash, it doesn't matter, and heard who I assume wasthe manager say no it wasn't, the guy is right at the counter waiting and then at least they started to move a little quicker.So if you want door dash, stay far away from here as well.
