So... who's reviewing a coffee shop for their bathrooms... Maybe it was because they had 50 billion customers...that would be a... better complaint. That Starbucks is too good at being successful to keep up with it's messy customers decimating their bathroomsall day long...or that hiring and staffing just about everywhere is a nightmare for almost all companies, so focusing on whatthey do that makes them successful is the right thing to do...or maybe I'm wrong and everyone's been going there for theirbathrooms this whole time and I'm the only one that's been going for the coffee....which is really good by the way. Bought Small ice coffee Black no sugar this morning..$4.01 I think the young man is steeling. No receipt. Will not take my phone... call...puts me on 8 minute hold..then I'm disconnected. Read more
Indifferent service. Tables needing cleaning from prior guests drinks and food. Got drink order quickly, but had to go back... for the pastries after they forgot to complete our order. Pastries were cold and still in clear plastic wrappers. Employeeswere not busy and enjoying themselves. Manager was sitting in the center of the store. Why bother saying anything. Read more
I heard a racist comment today from two lady baristas as a black man I would have never thought Starbucks out of all accepting... places would say that or even make jokes about black people or there hairstyles just a disgrace. Starbucks let us down. #BlackLives Matter. REPLY: there?s no point of communicating your workers should not have made that remark many customers heard it tooand thought it was very disturbing. Even your own Batista made a face when she heard the comment. I feel sorry for her workingat this store especially being black being around racist employees. Read more

I used to be a partner, this is supposed to be a peppermint latte but it?s halfway full, and to be honest it?s completely... unacceptable and not the first time this stores done this. I?m not sure if the barista did not steam enough milk and justovercompensate with whipped cream (not showing cause it melted)but regardless I think your store needs some more training whensteaming milk for peoples lattes that they pay $7 for.
