Daily Starbucks customer. This was my first time at this location, worst experience at A Starbucks in 15 years. First slow which... I can handle , second shortchanged $10.00 sorted that out got my money , third get to my truck and complete wrong drink . Goback inside she redoes my correct drink and again Luke warm at best . I could tell when I can back the first time she had anattitude. So third time she made me wait while she worked on other drinks it wasn?t until I asked for a manager that my drinkwas correctly made. Got two of the same drink for myself and a friend, one soy and one coconut milk?manager made the drinks at the same time and... because she was trying to multitask, poured them into the wrong cups. How do I know? I?m allergic to soy and had an immediatereaction upon the first sip. Def ask in advance for things to be made one by one if there could be any issues in case of a mixup! Read more
The make Barista is yelling he ?hates coffee? to his coworker unless it?s some fancy iced drink. The lady who appears to be the... manager- Sanitizing and serving people has her overwhelmed and baffled. They weren?t sure what a quadruple espresso long pourwas - even asked me what size I wanted (I said whatever size it takes to put 5 long pour shots of espresso in the cup). Easy one stop shop with this location connected to Target. All the conveniences as any other Starbucks. My only complaint would... be lack of a full staff. Sometimes weight times to order or receive your drink can be high due to a rather small staff. Read more
Hannah, is the BEST barista in here?Hands DOWN!!! She was working the shift all by herself and she made sure to be attentive and... responsive to all customers as promptly as she could while crafting the drinks to everyone?s liking. While their store was outof a few ingredients, Hannah was prompt to make helpful recommendations to my sister for her drink in which she really enjoyed!Shoutout to Hannah in all of her hard work!
