Service 5 stars. Food a bit pricey for what you get.
The Location is good in El Paseo Palm Desert CA. The food was delish, the server was so so, inside the restaurant for me it... looks untidy, the table we set on the chair is not wipe dirty lots of crumps. The good thing food is good comfort. We had anexcellent choice of food. But the service wasn’t satisfied. But its ok anyway thank you for your service to everyone stillgrateful for their help. Hopefully they will improve their service and make clean the chair as well thank you. Read more
People CPK is the very Best in what it does and their price point meets all pocket books, and you always leave, saying hold down... the fort, I’ll be back, and we are every time we come into town from Phoenix, Az. Our server Vanessa was very attentive and nice. Food was absolutely incredible.
Let me just put y’all on first get the Spinach and artichoke dip don’t question me just get it! Second for main get a... Chicken Tequilla Fettuccine pasta w side of Cholula hot sauce and limes! I'm a big fan of this chain. From food to service this restaurant delivers every time. This location is nice (aside from the... people who sat next to us and thought they had the restaurant all to themselves), clean with good atmosphere. Typically CPKsare very bright, but this location had the lights turned down nicely for late dinner. Again, the service was great, the serverwas very engaging and helpful and open to offer recommendations (which I always like to ask for). The food was as good asalways, the chicken guac rolls are great!!! and pizza is always done perfectly. I'm always amazed by the pizza guys who run thepizza station, these guys make this "Their Job", and i'm glad they are out in front of the public. I came here for lunch and we were a party of 4. I am a local and come here often.. this time was the worst experience we have... ever had. We sat and it took almost 15 minutes.. to ask someone to get drinks!! Our server came and finally took our order.. wehad 2 starters and only one 1 was brought and brought by a guy on the line!! After waiting over an hour to get our food we hadto ask about the food and the server brought it right away.. it had been sitting on the line for a while.. The burger was sohard and the pasta was so watery. I work in the same industry and let me say.. I have never been treated so poorly.. the onlypeople being acknowledged were the people that looked like they had money. There was a table of two older women that had waitedover 30 minutes and not a single server went over to set waters down!! We asked for our check and let them know to help theladies by us. I think they need to have better training on how to handle more than 1 table at a time. Sadly we will not becoming back.. Read more
