I've tried their coffee shake yesterday. It was so tasty and refreshing. I definitely go back here again. Service was cool too.
I didn?t have a good experience here. They took so long to serve the customers. When I ask for a milkshake they said we?re not... doing milkshakes. When I asked why, they didn?t do a good job explaining. For some reason, they?re serving ice cream but notmilkshake. So I ordered the ice cream instead but it did not taste good. I went here for my birthday and it was amazing! I got to pick anything I wanted to put in my ice cream and it was free because I... was a member. There ingredients are excellent and they have many options to choose from. I will definitely come back often. Ibrought my grandmother here and she thought there ice cream was excellent and it is her favorite now. Read more
This Cold Stone shares space with Wetzel's Pretzels.
I am sitting out front now watching my dad stand in line for 20 minutes to order, because the girl who is working wetzels is too... busy hiding in the back to assist her colleague in filling cold stone orders. If these were my employees they would beunemployed. Worst customer service ever. Read more
Went there 6 August and I was waiting behind a lady getting her order. When the finished helping her they all went to the back... cpunter to hang out. After 10 minutes(Yes 10 min) I flagged on person down for help and he came over and cleaned the counterpushed some other things around no eye contact at all finally asking if I needed help. I just shook my head and left. There wasabsolutely no supervision there whatsoever for all these kids "working" there. I took my daughter to Mangoes and was greeted andhelped fast and friendly. This issue needs to be addressed. Have a supervisor on duty or one that takes pride in having a job. Iwas not happy at all. The worst customer service ever. Read more
