Great atmosphere paired with great service. Awesome drinks and exceptional good. I had the duck breast and it was cooked... perfectly. Wife had the short ribs, she enjoyed her dish as well. Old fashioned are great, props to the bartender. Al in all agreat birthday dinner. Read more
Beautiful restaurant and atmosphere sub-par food. I ordered the chilean seabass and a side if brussel sprouts and they were... delicious. My daughter ordered the mushroom ravioli and it lacked flavor, the asparagus was overcooked and soggy. Dessert wasthe Crème brûlée 3 ways. My daughter was not a fan. It was our first time here tonight and WOW! The food was A-Maz-Ing! The environment was very nice and our server Moses was... great! He was very respectful, professional, attentive and gave great recommendations on food. We will definitely be back andrequest Moses as our server again. From the simple lemonade and iced tea, to the appetizers and main dish 10/10. ???? The onlysmall issue I could say was the hostess. Honestly this short Palm Springs getaway has been amazing. Cork Tree didn’t seem like much from the reviews but I was... surprisingly impressed by the restaurant. We requested outdoor seating which was nice and because the winds picked up theyoffered inside seating if we wanted it. The heaters were abundant and kept us warm throughout dinner. Atmosphere was great,decor was nice- nicer than expected from the exterior haha. The staff was amazing, from the hostess to our server (I thinkMoses) and the rest of the waitstaff. We were a party of 3- got the steak, the sea bass and the duck breast. Everything wasgood well. The sea bass was the favorite. But the other two were not far behind. Great service, nice atmosphere good food and wine. The escargot appetizer was out of this world. The most unique version I have... ever had - shiitake mushrooms, burgundy wine sauce and escargot! Off the hook. Also loved the beet salad. We loved the goatcheese paired w dates and a micro greens. The salmon entree was a bit underwhelming. Very salty and the crab topping was a miss.Potatoes and spinach were a bit off. I will come again if I am in town and try a different entree! Overall, I would recommendthis place! Read more
The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! I had the Wedge Salad appetizer and the Scallops entree. The salad was... fresh and the blue cheese dressing was plentiful and very flavorful with nice big cheese crumbles. The scallops were perfectlyprepared with just the right seasoning. I’m still full and already can’t wait to visit here again. Definitely on my mustvisit list for my next trip to Palm Desert. Read more
