Waited over 30 mins to order a "Chicken cheddar quesadilla" and for them to charge me a bigger order. Told them it wasn't the... correct order, they "fixed it" but ended up giving me a "Carne Asada quesadilla" to my wife who has not eaten red meat in over15 years of her life. Smh Read more

Average del taco during the day and evening. If you come between 12am - 6am be prepared for the 'cook to be on his lunch for the... next 30 minutes' and them not being able to take your order. How unlucky I am to have shown up just as the cook takes his 30minute lunch on multiple occasions. Read more
The cashier was ill mannered.. The usual cashier (Lead) is very pleasant. The tattooed cashier I got today didn't seem to have... any home teaching. Del Taco was terrible upon our visit June 26th, 2022 at 11:30pm. We went through the drive-thru, we needed 2 separate orders...... one was being paid by card & the other was cash. The cashier told us that they weren't doing separate orders. So we placed oneorder consisting of a beef & cheese burrito with red sauce (the cashier asked if I wanted red or green), 4 queso quesadillas, aregular taco and a kids meal hamburger (cheeseburger) and a large coke. We got to the window paid for our food. Upon receivingour food we asked the cashier if "instead of going back around through the drive-thru again, can we place a new order here atthe window and pay with a debit card? " He said "yes", which technically ended up being two separate orders anyway (SMH). Wethen ordered 4 chicken burritos. He asked us for our previous bags from our first order. Upon receiving all of our food (2separate orders) together this time we checked the food. Our napkins & sauce packets were now gone. We were missing 2 Quesoquesadillas (supposed to be 4), the hamburger in the kids meal had only a patty & buns. No ketchup, no lettuce, no cheese, nonothing!!! The beef and cheese burrito with red sauce that I ordered only came with refried beans; No cheese, no red sauce, nobeef just refried beans wrapped in a tortilla!!! The cashier didn't even give us our receipt that we asked for twice. It's badenough at the window the cashier was wearing a mask and talking low, so when the window was open their window air blowing wasblowing super loud that we couldn't barely hear anything the cashier was saying. We had to repeatedly yell over the window airthat we could not hear him. By this time we just said forget it and left. Very, very disappointed.
