Conditions were pretty bad with divots all over the fairways. The greens were burnt. Had to wait for a ton of maintenance crews... that didn't move in the fairway or turn off their engines only to have the marshals telling us to pick up our pace when afterall the above we were still shooting into the group in front. Felt like I was paying mid dollar to play speed golf at a localmuni course. We played the Firecliff course. Not worth the money for Palm Desert golf. Read more

Played Monday 10.17.22 as a single. Golf shop was very helpful with the check-in process and the starter politely introduced me... to my playing companions. One the putting green was available, due to annual overseeing. Tees and fairways were is good shapeand well maintained, Green speed was a comfortable 9.5 / 10 on the stump meter. I didn't get into any bunkers, but theydidn't look like they had been maintained in a couple of days (greensinde better than Fairway). Likely due to the amount ofdebris that was strewn through P. S. after a sand storm / thunder-lightning / downpour the previous Saturday afternoon. Cartswere clean and the GPS gave accurate front-middle-back yardages. Beverage cart rolled through our group three times, which weall thought was better than average. I'd highly recommend Desert Willow - Firecliff to experienced players. Multiple teeinggrounds with zero forced carry's for those playing the forward tees. Read more

We love this course and the restaurant. We actually played golf in LaQuinta today but decided to stop at Desert Willow for a... meal. Our server was amazing, salad was fresh and grilled shrimp delicious - perfectly seasoned. The pro shop here also has alot of great apparel for men and ladies. One of our favorite Golf Resorts!!! Absolutely stunning golf courses kept in great condition. Additionally, the pro shop staff are excellent and very accommodating.... Special shout out to Ryan who went above and beyond to assist our group with bookings, and Matt for an excellent lesson. Read more

A great view with a limited menu but fair prices. 2 eggs plate is huge and it's a great value if you come hungry.

This golf course is absolutely our favorite. The condition of the course and the location are easily beat the PGA Stadium course... we are visited in the area. So well taken care of and such a pleasure to play. One downside was the strong wind that seems likea normal occurrence at the location despite the mountains sheltering the area. Read more

What an amazing experience. They course and the staff are fantastic. Every few holes there is water and ice for the desert heat!... Played Mountain course and it was in great shape. The Bermuda greens were well manicured and challenging. The fairways were lushconsidering the summer temps. Will come back in 3 days ???? Read more
