Ordered lunch, came to pick up & pay. Bill was 35.51. They would not accept a 100 bill, it says so on the door they tell me. As... if I read their door from home ordering. Rather than be customer friendly & ask, can you pay by credit card, they said, noproblem, we'll cancel your order. This is not a 1 time loss for business, but lifetime. Will never go back. Terrible, terrible service!!! We're never going back. My husband saw a customer today for 5.99 each carry outs. She said... "that's only online." So I tried to get on the internet on my phone and the WiFi was bad. She said "try going outside". Idid, still couldn't place the order. I came back in and she said "sorry." Victor, I guess he was the manager, said "oh, justgo ahead and give it to him!" He actually had told her that once before. She didn't wan't to, but said "well, I can give you20% off instead. I wasn't born yesterday and have been in sales all of my life, and this is a classic bait and switch. Thelast thing she did was, my credit card had said "approved" on the pin pad and she tried to tell me it didn't. She wanted tocharge me again. We got a 2 topping medium pizza, pasta bowl. Cheesy garlic bread, and lava cakes. Everything was good except for the pizza. ... Honestly, I do not count on Domino's to be the best pizza, but it usually isn't bad for the price. I chose the hand tossedcrust and what I got tasted like a frozen pizza. It looked like one too. It was perfectly flat, the crust was tough and thebottom had a perfect cook pattern. So it looked and tasted like cardboard. We usually have Domino's a couple of times a month, but I think we will be putting at least a pause on that for quite a while. Read more
Pizzas and bread are always good. Service is always fast. Chicken wings are very very tiny and very very expensive for how big... they are. 8 piece wings fills up like 20% of the box they come in. Read more
