Like stepping into a time machine to the real 1960s! So cool. Tuna sandwich is great and breakfast is as good as it gets.
Hungry? In a hurry? This is a great spot early on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Stopped here for a quick bite on our way to play... golf. As you would expect, the food is made to order and it comes out fast and hot. Eggs were prepared as requested - aplus. The hard-working staff is friendly and efficient. Very disappointed in the food. The reviews seemed really solid and while I know taste is subjective, there are some things that... just shouldn?t be messed up. One of these things is egg salad. I ordered egg salad scoop and ended up with a salad for $15. Thetomatoes were not ripened and the ice berg lettuce was overkill. The egg salad had zero flavor. I was searching for celery, saltand pepper but it tasted like they put sweet pickle in it with the occasional bit of celery. I couldn?t put enough salt andpepper on it to be able to eat it and wished I hadn?t because I?ve been having stomach cramps all day. My friend had chickensalad on rye toast and it was pretty tasteless as well. The tap water is unfiltered and tasted really bad too and they don?tsell bottled water. Read more
Great breakfast diner food! I would have never found this place as a tourist but the local recommendation was fantastic and we... really enjoyed everything ordered. Great service too which added to the experience. Read more

Great local joint for quick, good food and amazing service. We sat outside and heating lamps were a nice plus for a chilly... morning. Not too impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Good pancakes and omelette, but the shakes were expensive and had a chalky undertone. For breakfast I had the 3 cheese and... mushroom omelette and added tomatoes and avocado to it, with a side of hash browns and a side of corned beef hash. My husbandordered the breakfast special, which came with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs (he got them scrambled), and 2 slices of bacon and also askedfor some toast. Our 4yo son got the kid's French toast which came with eggs and bacon also. The omelette was tasty and the hashbrowns tasted great and were done correctly. The corned beef tasted fresh from a can, but then I probably shouldn't have highexpectations for a side like corned beef hash. My husband said the pancakes were slightly above average. He's not a big egg fanand the scrambled eggs were pretty boring. I tried some of the bacon - it tasted ok, but I'm very particular with bacon - I wantit to crumble in my fingers from crispy-ness, but the crunchy parts on this bacon were tough to chew. For what it's worth, thebacon did feel slightly thicker than what you get at other restaurants, and it had a good/average flavor, but it was just toughto chew. My husband tried some of the French toast and said they tasted average. Nothing spectacular about them - they were justdecent. The kid's plate was a bit large for a small kid - my husband felt like our son got more eggs than he did on hisfull-sized plate. We wound up getting a banana milkshake and a mint chocolate chip milkshake. I probably would've been happierif I got a root beer float. The milkshakes were around $8 each, which given the flavor was far overpriced. The banana shaketasted like vanilla ice cream with light chalky banana flavoring mixed into it, and the mint chocolate chip milkshake kindatasted like minty Pepto bismol after 4 drinks of it.
