So flavorful! I\'ve tried their vegetarian Banh Mi with crispy tofu, the vermicelli & rice bowls with crispy tofu & my favorite... is the rice bowl. The fresh herbs, sauce on the tofu fries, pickled veggies, the mushroom sauce, yum! They sure know how tobalance their flavors!\n\nTheir Vietnamese coffee is very strong & tasty. I wasn\'t a big fan of the strawberry lemonade, thoughthe orangeade was great, & the hibiscus milk tea was surprisingly enjoyable. My friend and I got the chicken banh mi sandwich and the pork shoulder banh mi and they were both AMAZING! The meats were cooked... perfectly & had a great flavor, the bread was nice & toasty with a wonderful crunch. And the pickled veggies were fresh & alovely addition! 5 stars all the way. The bread is fresh, crispy and light. The fillings are plentiful and the flavor profile is on point. The... crispy tofu spring rolls were delicious and chock full of tofu.
