The absolute Worst fast food place known to man. The employees here are extremely rude! They messed up my order and refused to... fix it unless I went through the drive thru again. No customer service what so ever. Food is cold and terrible. Sad that no onetakes pride in their job anymore. Read more
Run by literal children with no oversight. Ordered at the drive thru and drinks had melted ice and food was barely slapped... together. The worst McDonalds in the valley. Read more
This McDonalds is consistently horrible. If it wasn't convenient, we definitely wouldn't come. Today was especially bad. Ordered... a hashbrown and an iced tea from the mobile app, waiting in the spot for 15min (no other cars in pick up and only 2 cars inline). I decided to go in because I thought maybe they didn't have a runner to bring it out. I got inside and they took an orderout to a car that had just pulled up. They started screaming out my order. They had 2 cashiers just standing there doingnothing. I got my stuff thinking "at least it will be fresh"... nope. I got a cold hashbrown with an extra burnt French frysticking out. Placed order on their self check out as I waited over 5 minutes for someone at the counter. Food came out over 10 minutes later.... The worker would not hand me my food because 8 was not sitting at a table. I them asked him for my cup, to which he just placedat the counter, made me walk from my table to the counter. Drive thru gets ssrviced before walk ins. Floors are dirty, restroomsare dirty. My frys are burnt and show that the oil needs to be changed. Read more
I am not a health nut just not a fan of McDonalds, but it was a easy stop for drinks. Best thing ever they have replaced all nut... one over paid counter kid with touch screens. His job was to give me a receipt since the machine had run out of paper and giveme a cups. Got a dirty look when I filled two water bottles for the road. I did not look to hard but they seem to have replacedthe actual play area with computers. McDonald's will contribute to another overweight generation. Read more
