Ate at the Palm Desert restaurant on Friday 10/22. I ordered ribeye steak cooked medium. I was served 1/2 inch steak, cooked... med well that was 80% fat. It was very crowded, didn't have time to wait for a manager to voice my complaint. Will not go backthere again, this was the second time I've been disappointed with the food. It was a special event ?birthday? and we received good service but when the sirloin steak we ordered came we found it was... rotten. Was told that?s the second time it?s happened today. No apology nothing! I understand things happen but after the secondtime we should received at least an apology recount something! Not happy! Aussome ! The Salmon was delicious. It was seasoned and cooked just right. It wasn't fishy. It was accompanied by Rice Pilaf... that was moist and Broccoli that was just right. The sauces included were not overpowering or concealing anything, butcomplimented the meal well. Hadn't been here in years, so I wanted to try it. Will be back. Read more

Not busy. We were seated immediately. Attentive staff. We have used various other branches of Outback before - so were able to... compare. Decor a bit tired. Could do with some cosmetic work inside. Food portions huge. Food quality good. Cost comparable withother chain restaurants. We had mushrooms & wings to start, filet & ribs plus salads for mains. No desert. One cocktail plussodas. This is American restaurant the food so great, nice location good ambiance, they have free bread if you want for starter, I... love soup its good comfort food. The server very busy, but overall excellent service, they have wide open bar, you can sitright away without waiting. Unless if you sit in the dine in you need to wait 10 minutes or more.. usually I eat earlydinner. Every body can check it out this outback steakhouse, its close everything in the business place, you can shop as well ifyou wanted to shop first before eat dinner, either way it is convenience.
