Couldn't get food for MULTIPLE reasons thankfully you don't have to pay til someone comes to the window and we spent 7 minutes... waiting for anyone to approach it before we gave up and drove to the front. Awful, waited 25mins for food. People behind us were served before us. Staff had no idea what they were supposed to be... doing..just seemed to keep stopping jobs. When I complained about the wait i very rude server snapped and said they were shortstaffed and I would have to be patient!!...I counted 6 staff which should be ample to deal with the 7 customers that were in theshop at the time. Staff was super fast and helped me make the best decision for our family. They also offered me a glass of water which was super... kind considering it was 110f and I was very dehydrated. The chicken meal was so delish!!! 10 out of 10 customer service andexperience. Read more

The place is ridiculously slow. Even when the lobby is closed and there's only 1 car in line, it still takes 15-20 minutes to... get your food. Multiple times they've shorted me on my order and that's costed me another 15-20 mins for them to correct it.Whoever is managing this location REALLY needs to reevaluate their service process. Thankfully, the food is good once youfinally receive it and that's the only thing saving them from this being a 1-star review. Stopped in on a drive home from Arizona. The food was fresh and delicious and the gentleman who took our order was super... friendly. He seemed new but was doing a really good job. Sadly after we ordered and sat down, he must have made a mistake takingthe next person's order because the manager started yelling and berating him. It was so uncomfortable and unnecessary. Themanager had no business treating the employee like that, especially in a time where people, nice people are hard to find towork. The food was excelent. They had a deal of 5 piece 2 drink for $12. The tray liners where COUPONS. That is a nice touch. Staff... super nice. Only bummer was the dining area needed some attention. trash by eutensils was full. Will return food was too good. Read more

My sister and I went to this location two days ago. According to the young man working there, all they had ready was spicy... chicken strip, so we left. We went back today, I wanted Popcorn Shrimp, they did not have it. I ordered the three wing combo,and my sister ordered the two piece platter. The chicken itself was good, but the breading was disappointing. No flavorwhatsoever. I did not like their coleslaw, as it had relish in it, and I've always disliked relish. Will not return. No more green beans, just dry biscuits and chicken. 3 piece dinner was a wing, a thigh, a leg, rice and beans for over $11.00... dollars. I watched the staff and not one employee cleaned the counter or picked up paper, but decided to have a conversationwith other staff, while customers waited for their food. FOOD DELIVERY DRIVERS : I watched an uber eats driver wait 25 minutesfor a large order that they didn't have ready and then Popeyes got angry when he asked them to check the order only to discoverthey had forgotten the coleslaw and biscuits and didn't apologize.
