This is a new location so obviously they are still trying to train their staff and cooks to get it right. With that being said... my burger was good and fries perfect. Maybe a tad well done on burger. They have a drive thru which others don't so that may bea reason for a lot of bad reviews. I went in at 11am as the 3rd customer and was satisfied. I'm originally from Santa Barbaraand although very few of their expanded restaurants are as good, this one is still worth enjoying! Read more

Absolutely worst experience I?ve had with Habit. I?m never one to post such a negative review, but this was by far the most... horrible experience I?ve ever had. My family is lactose intolerant, order a few combos without mayo and cheese and they all camewith it. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, repeatedly said 4 times to put the BBQ sauce on the side as my dad cannot have itfor medical reasons and to no surprise now, it has BBQ sauce on it. No straws or napkins in the bag either. Got home to a verydisappointed family and I wasted my money on food that was just thrown away because of our dietary restrictions. I?m not surehow much time goes into training, but PLEASE properly train your employees on how to take orders so they aren?t set up forabsolutely failure. $80 down the freaking drain (along with all the wrong ordered food). I tried calling the place, but it isonly an on call service sadly. Would have rather said all of this to the manager instead of writing a public review like this, but oh well. Can?t wait for the ?we are very sorry that you had this experience, and will follow up on your feedback with ourteam. Please use this link to allow us to follow up with you as well? response If you got this far, I urge you to go to eitherIn-N-Out, Chick-Fil-A, or the Habit on 111 instead of this one. I?ve never felt more disappointed in such service in my life &never thought my money would go to waste like it did. Read more

Man... when you see 40 cars in the chick fil a drive through, and 3 cars at the habit, don't make the mistake I did, stick with... chick fil a. It took over 25 minutes for a few cars, everyone in front of me had one bag of food. When I finally get my food thefries are cold. Not lukewarm, cold. I had a long drive home so I actually kept a few fries in a bag in my air conditioned car tosee how long it would take to get to approximately the same temperature. 45 minutes later they were still a little warmer thanthe fries I initially got. When I went inside to ask for new fries the manager looked like I was greatly inconveniencing her. Noapology,, just an indifferent eye roll.. There were no less than 3 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing (explainsthe drive through times). They forgot the sauce for steak sandwich, which was just OK. Definitely not worth the sit downrestaurant prices. This was both the most expensive and most disappointing fast food meal that I can remember. Slow, expensive, poor service, mediocre(at best) food. No redeeming qualities Read more

This is a brand new place (Dinah Shore across from Sam's/Walmart) that hasn't been open very long. In addition to the... drive-through that the one on 111 lacks (due to zoning restrictions), this one is slightly bigger, particularly the kitchen, andthe dining area. No outdoor dining that I could see. Otherwise the food is the same. They have 2 self-order terminals inaddition to the 2 registers. Only difference is that if you go to the register, you will get a buzzer to alert you that yourorder is ready. Otherwise you have to listen for them to call (yell) your order number, which is hard to hear if you are sittingin the back of the dining area. Good parking. Easy in and out of the parking lot. Definitely will be going back. My Chicken ClubSandwich was great. Read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! We waited 30 minutes for a Santa Barbra char and a chicken salad. (We were the only ones in the restaurant).... There were about 8 employees in the back and a couple just walking around (I don?t think staffing was an issue). The SantaBarbra is suppose to come with avocado mine clearly didn?t. The hamburger meat was barley cooked. (Does not look as bad in thephoto). The chicken salad had about 4 tiny burnt pieces of chicken. It was a joke. When we finally got our food we asked fordressing for the salad they said they ran out of the one requested (no problem). when asked for a different dressing employeegave attitude. The fries were cold the burger was cold. This is the first time to this location and will be my last. I?ve neverhad a bad experience with any other habit. This is my first bad review I?ve ever written. Take these negative reviewsseriously! Read more

This location just opened so I can understand they have some screws to tighten. 4 burgers were ordered...they were all... prepared wrong...I overheard ONE gentleman in the kitchen complain about our order... prior to getting it. Not cool. My kidshave food allergies. The girl taking our order took the order correct i checked the receipt she was INCREDIBLY SWEET offered mykids ice cream and apologized. Her kindness IS the only reason why this is a 2 star review. My advice CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOULEAVE. Read more

I'm not one to complain that much but I feel something needs to be said and you need to fix the issues. I've never had any... problem other than waiting a good minute with Habit Grill and the food was always amazingly good except for this particularlocation. This was my 3rd and last visit, each time was at least a 30min wait, fries were always over cooked or refried, and tomuch salt, burger was just a wrapped up mess and missing ingredients. I hope things get better soon. Read more

EXTREMELY SLOW... I am literally writing this review in the drive through line, hoping we can exit it before the 40 minute mark.... We are at the window so I am hopeful, but it's not looking great. You can probably be in and out of a sit down restaurant muchquicker. They're are what looks like 7 employees standing around/dancing so they don't appear to be short staffed. I would loveto wait to get the food to be able to speak to it's quality as well, but at this point unless they hand me a waygu steak itwon't be worth the wait in the middle of our road trip. Update: total time just under 40 minutes. I implore you to take yourbusiness elsewhere unless you have a lot of time on your hands and will be hungry in an hour. Read more
