The service was so slow. He barely waited on us. Someone else brought our food. We were on our 30th anniversary and no one did... anything special. We were ignored and had to wait 45 minutes for our check. We were there for 2 hours after waiting 30 minutesto get in. Worst experience ever. Palm Harbor location. I had shrimp scampi with lemon butter pasta and was so happy that they had gluten-free pasta for an option. It was really really... delicious. The pasta was cooked just right, the shrimp was just right not over-done like it usually is at most places. And thelemon butter sauce was to die for. Mom had the mussels and they were really good too! There service was friendly, efficient,wanting to please and fast. Throw in a 9 oz. Omg those porkchop were delicious I mean it was seared perfectly juicy and tasty with a side of A-1 steak sauce hit the spot the... My preference is to support small, independent businesses.. But this Carrabba's continues to amaze. We had a wonderful dinner... for 8. Our server Kristy didn't miss a beat: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, taking the orders, and keeping drinks and breadrefilled. When the food came out, she had an assist from her co-workers to get all of us served, add cheese, etc. Food was verygood. Also, we did curbside the week before, Owen was wonderful getting us the food and whoever packed the order got it 100%+correct (not the norm nowadays). All of our substitutions, add-ons and 'put on the side' were as requested! The best Bloomin'Brands restaurant. The only complaint is the downgrade of the reward program.
