I was in there on 12/03/21 at 6pm. A lady with long blonde hair an glasses waited on me. I told her I wanted a PowerBall, and... she printed me out a mega millions. I told her I wanted the powerball. She refused to print it an said I had to buy the other.I told her no and she still was arguing with me. So I walked out, and tried to get gas an she kept canceling my transaction outat the pump. Circle K made good on my bad experience at this location. The district Manager and new manager at this location worked hard to... rectify a mishap that occurred here. It is really nice to see a company strive for good customer service. I definitely will bereturning to this location. Read more
I am rating this Circle K with 5 stars all because of the employee Angel who works there. I got locked out of my car and she... went out of her way to help me. She lent me her phone and calmed my nerves. She was very nice and helpful and it was very muchappreciated. She is a great employee and good to her customers. Thank you Angel!!! Read more
On October 13th 2022 around 7:35 pm I entered the store to buy a couple of items, The lady cashier at the moment _ described as... Mid 60s grey hair glasses grey t-shirt, was happily tending to another customer before me. Following up top be next I said Hi tothese individual who by then changed her facial expression to a very bad one. Concerned for her wellbeing I asked her if she wasok she answered she was not and mumble a few words, Trying to ease the things "for her" I told her the day was almost over andeverything will be better when she gets home and her answer was " No everything is not going to be ok ever I am confused " Ireplied I am sorry to hear that then she mumble something again and looked at me with "rage" there were to other customer behindme and one more behind them, They were speaking other language and the lady didn't stop staring at them in the same fashion, Inoticed her discriminative behavior then I told her to stay home if she was having a bad day paid for the product she tossed atme. When in the parking lot the other two customer told me she mistreats them to and this was not the first time. Circle K, ifyour employees have a preference for tending certain nationalities In "our country" they should be accommodated in ahousekeeping or an area alike.
